A few weeks ago we told you the rumor of how the upcoming game Zelda Twilight Prices would be playable on the Nintendo Revolution using the new controller. NGC magazine wrote "when you insert the disc into your Revolution, you'll be given the option to use the Revolution's controller, with all the advantages this will bring."
However, the following week, Eurogamer recently interviewed a Nintendo representative, who explained that the "article in the January edition of NGC Magazine is pure speculation."
In response NGC said in a statement yesterday: "The news came from somebody senior at Nintendo who, admittedly, probably shouldn't have let it slip before E3. But they did, and we would have been crazy not to print it."
It looks like the rumor was never officially denied, but not confirmed either. In typical Nintendo fashion, they remain secretive. So until Nintendo starts releasing official statements, we can only hope the “rumor” is true.
