I try to keep my food intake spread out throughout the day to keep my metabolism going and to prevent binges. It's doesn't always work though. Laughing

I've been gone for a little while due to some internet access problems (stupid internet) and I was pretty sick with the flu for a few weeks.

I've been eating healthy but a bit too much for my liking. I haven't really lost any weight (as far as I know) but I seem to be losing inches. Very Happy

So, tomorrow I'll weight myself and update my ticker.

Hopefully my internet won't act up anytime soon. Laughing

Today's been a bad, bad, day. It seems like everything that could go wrong has gone wrong and I simply couldn't handle it all. My family has spent the day fighting, I'm being blamed for most of it, and I'm tired because I got hardly any sleep last night. I guess it's just one of those days that makes you want to pull your hair out and scream at everyone. Laughing

Food wise... today was awful and I'm not even going to bother posting what I've eaten. It's scary how much I can consume when I'm upset. Definatly something I'll have to work on or it's going to just get worse.

As for my weight, I'm not sure what it is right now. I weighed myself on my scale this morning but it seemed a little off. I think I'll wait until I go to my families for dinner this weekend and weigh myself there.

I weighed myself this weekend at my families and realised that my scale was off and I'm 156 lbs. I was pretty happy to see that number, as my scale said 160 lbs. Surprised

So, my stomach is really upset today. I think I may have a stomach flu or something. Rolling Eyes Isn't the winter time wonderful? I always seem to get sick throughout the winter.

Food wise, todays wasn't horrible but I'm not very happy about it.

I had:

- English muffin with jam= 250 cals
- 2 oreos= 180 cals
- Chicken dinner= approx. 400 cals
- Chips ( Mad )= 300 cals

Total= 1130 Sad

Tomorrow will be better!

Surprised Wow... and your so close to your goal! You've come so far; I'm jealous. Laughing

I actualy think my scale's way off. This morning it said I gained 2 lbs and that just can't be right, unless it's water retention.

I didn't get a chance to come here last night and write my daily intake so, here it is...

Yesterday I had:

- 1 bagel= 300 cals (evil!)
- 1 slice pizza= approx. 300 cals (EVIL!!!)
- some salad= 100 cals
- Mars bar= 280 cals (again... evil!!!)

Total= 980 calories

That's way too much! Mad It's so disappointing.

Hopefully I can do better today.

Mad Forget what I said about today being a better day.

Today's been horrible. Crying or Very sad My family's been trying to have more meals together so I'm being dragged to the table to eat with them. I know that I'm my own person and can say that I don't want to eat, but I feel guilty doing that. Unfortunatly, I also feel guilty after eating the food.

I'm going to stop this cycle though. Tomorrow I'm going to try and keep myself as busy as I can and try and eat as little as possible. I'll try and stay away from the house during meals.

Laughing I figured out why my weight isn't budging and I've gained three pounds over the last few days. I started my period today so the weight gain must be due to that.

So, I am 159 right now but I won't change my ticker because it's more than likely water retention. Surprised I feel like a helium balloon, I'm so bloated.

Yesterday was not a good day. I woke up with cramps that made me want to crawl into a ball and then all my clothes felt tight because I was extremely bloated. To make matters worse, I got on the scale and it said I weighed 161 lbs. Surprised A 5 lb weight gain? I was really upset at the time but now I'm thinking that it's all water retention because this morning I weighed 158 lbs.

My period also caused me to eat everything in site yesterday. So, I won't be posting my daily intake.

So far today I've had...

A meal replacement shake (aids in weight loss)= 260 cals

Total= 260 calories

I'm hoping that I'll be able to have a small dinner tonight. Maybe I'll be able to keep it under 700 calories today. Very Happy

Today's been a really good day. I'm almost finished with my period so the food cravings are basicaly gone. I haven't felt very hungry at all today so I'm taking advantage of that feeling.

Todays intake:

- Apple= 100 cals
- Peice of bread with margarine= 150 cals
- Chicken wings with bbq sauce= 250 cals
- Corn= 60 cals

Total= 560 calories

Hopefully my weight will be down tomorrow.

I didn't have much time last night so I wasn't able to come here and post about my day.

Yesterday wasn't the best day. I had McDonalds and Chinese food. I didn't eat a lot of food but it was still high in calories.

I weighed 154 lbs this morning, which is wonderful! I hope to be 150/151 lbs by Friday. I can't wait to get under 150!

Things haven't been going too well with Easter and all the candy that's been available. I've binged and had no way of getting out of meals.

I'm going to get back on track tomorrow and I'll see how much weight I've gained. Rolling Eyes

Also, I have a big event coming up that I really need to lose some weight for. So, I'm hoping that I can stay on track and lose some weight.
