700 cals is just fine, especially with the biking you got in. Smile It'll be fine, don't beat yourself up over one day. Smile

Smile Thanks guys!

I hope your right and my one messed up day with too much cals wont destroy too much.

Today I could restrict again (500 cals), but I couldnt do the long work out I actually wanted to do. Like I said we write this exam tomorrow and a classmate wanted to call me in the evening to ask some questions. Im waiting for one hour for that call! That I could still be in the gym makes me crazy!!! Mad But its too late to change it now. Tomorrow Ill definitely do 1hour or more of condition and I got the course. Im not sure if Ill do muscles, too. If I got too much time at home and start to be tempted by food Ill go for sure!

Good Luck

Hey guys,
I didnt post for a few days. The reason was I screwed up!
I stopped sticking to my food diary, counting cals and had a few binges.
On friday I still made a good performance at the gym (burned 400 at the crosstrainer plus about 200 cals with the course), but the other days...
Crying or Very sad Loser

Lets not think about it anymore!! Today my motivation is back completely and Im back on track. So far I had 307cals. In one or two hours Im going to the gym, doing only condition, so Ill burn about 400-500 cals. I dont know if Ill eat something in the evening then. But I doubt it. Rather drink only one glass of milk with honey.

I dont know why I let myself go that way. This week I stay strong!! I want to have the gut to step on the scale by sunday!

Good Luck

It's okay about the binges, you're right, just put it behind you!! That way you can keep going and not think about the past, there's just no reason to! Smile

I just realized that I forgot to post yesterday...

But anyway. The last two days were better than the last ones, but I couldnt do the right exercise!! One reason was that the "cals-burner-machine" was occupied again! All others burn way less!!
Maybe I should lower my cals. If I manage that it doesnt matter which machine I use.

Today I overheard a conversation of a man at the gym. He was talking with somebody else, exchanging for what reason they started membership. This man also said that he was once fat, than ate only tuna for some weeks and lost 14kg/30lbs within a week! Surprised That sounded damn good.
I know that mono-diets are a killer to your metabolism and probably also to your health. But isnt being underweight also a risk for your health? So actually it doesnt matter when you start to destroy your body....

so many things now adays arent good for u.. lol like basically everything! i guess the thing wit fad diets like that once u start eating other foods u will just put the weight on. but thats just like with restricting too.

as long as ur makin it to the gym u should be proud. it really doesnt mater waht machine u use - casue u are getting exercise. it just benefits if the one u want is freee Smile

Hey,

I couldnt post the last days, the computer was always occupied...

So, actually I wanted to start a fast at the weekend, but the last two days I screwed up. Not so today!!!! Since Sunday, 8pm, I had no food. This will go on until the 10th of July. At least this is my plan. At the moment its not even difficult for me to stick to it. Im absolutely not hungry!

I hope that it stays like that most of the time. Damn, I know that I can resist every temptation of food! Now is the time to prove it!!

Yesterday I decided to do a cleansing instead of a fast. The reason os that I read everywhere that you shall avoid any heavy exercise. But I dont wanna stop my two hours cardio training at the gym. On monday and tuesday I felt that I was rather weak, and at the end I was shortly before fainting and needed one hour rest afterwards.
They sell drinks at the gym, not real lemonades, but sort of it. I thought about drinking them during exercise. Though there is written "low carbs" on the bottles I cant be sure about the cals amount, so I decided against it.

But now to the cleanse. I wanna do the lemonade cleanse. It is said that youll have some energy still with that programme. I start this on saturday until at least the 16th of june. Would be ten days.

I really want to do that without eating anything. But there is a problem. Next weekend a friend of mine celebrates her birthday. And there will be food and they will force me to eat it. So does anybody got a good excuse for not going there? I mean a real good, not only Im not feeling fine.

You would be a great help!!

So today was my last day with food for the next ten days. Very Happy
It wasnt at all what people would call "get the metabolism used to a lower amount of food", but anyway.

Now I got some questions about the lemonade cleanse. Do I need all three ingredients (lemons, maple syrup and cayenne pepper)? On one site I found that you can use lemons OR the syrup, but all other sites say you shall mix all three.
So does anybody now if the cleanse will still be effective if I leave one of the things out?

Thanks for any answer!

So over the weekend I didnt start the cleanse, but I did the salt water wash. I read that you have to this before the cleanse.
I had to drink the salt water four times. One glass per hour during the four hours after wakening. It was disgusting!!! Crying or Very sad Whistle& Crying or Very sad After every glass I thought, okay, this is too hard, youre not gonna drink all four. But somehow I did it! Very Happy
The bad thing is, I read that I have to do this wash every morning on the cleanse. But because I dont got the time to wash my digestive tract four times (I have to go to school), the next time Ill drink this nasty stuff will be the weekend. Maybe Im feeling really sick then, so that I dont have to lie to my friends when I say Im not fine.

So today I started with the cleanse, and Im happy that this drink tastes a lot better than the salt water. Its only up to me if I stick to that programme or not. If I break up I cant say that the taste was the reason. But I know I can do it! I dont need any excuses to stop! Its unbelievable that I could be a lot nearer to my goal weight in only ten days!!
