my mum's started paying me £5 a week to do the washing up and the laundry, usually i'd say no, but i need the money, and running up and down staires with laundry's gotta burn some calories. also, school starts soon, so i'll be getting my dinner money again, which of course i will be saving, cause i don't eat in school, so that's £8 a week, then there's my random money i get off my dad each week - £12, so all together i'll be getting £25 a week, who says helping round the house and not eating at school doesn't pay off eh? getting more exercise and extra cash
today has been good so far, i've eaten 1 yoghurt (96 cals) 2 chicken n salad sanwhiches (400cals) and half a dohnut - woops (100 cals) so that's 596cals so far, so i can eat 204cals before i reach my daily limit of 800cals. and i got a dohnut! muhahahaha lol
going out with friends on the 5th of september, today's the 28th of august, so i've not got long to lose weight so i can look my best when we go out. i bought a new top, it's SO cute, but i look silly in it, cause i'm still a bit podgy, so i've put cling film round my belly to get rid of any water i'm retaining, and i'm gonna bust my butt doin exercises to flatten my belly n get back into shape
it's 9:47, n all i've eaten since dinner is a chrisp butty - yummy, n only 200cals, so i've stayed in my 800cal limit today yay
i did 50 situps, not much - i know but it's better than nothing and i felt great after it i luv endorphines haha.
