hi all!

i'm starting a new jounal because i reached my last goal of 98lb, and couldn't just stop there! so i've set a new goal of 91lb and i'm really determined to get there!

so here's my journal...enjoy and hopefully be inspired Smile........

my mum's started paying me £5 a week to do the washing up and the laundry, usually i'd say no, but i need the money, and running up and down staires with laundry's gotta burn some calories. also, school starts soon, so i'll be getting my dinner money again, which of course i will be saving, cause i don't eat in school, so that's £8 a week, then there's my random money i get off my dad each week - £12, so all together i'll be getting £25 a week, who says helping round the house and not eating at school doesn't pay off eh? getting more exercise and extra cash Money Eyes


today has been good so far, i've eaten 1 yoghurt (96 cals) 2 chicken n salad sanwhiches (400cals) and half a dohnut - woops (100 cals) so that's 596cals so far, so i can eat 204cals before i reach my daily limit of 800cals. and i got a dohnut! muhahahaha Evil or Very Mad lol


going out with friends on the 5th of september, today's the 28th of august, so i've not got long to lose weight so i can look my best when we go out. i bought a new top, it's SO cute, but i look silly in it, cause i'm still a bit podgy, so i've put cling film round my belly to get rid of any water i'm retaining, and i'm gonna bust my butt doin exercises to flatten my belly n get back into shape Smile


it's 9:47, n all i've eaten since dinner is a chrisp butty - yummy, n only 200cals, so i've stayed in my 800cal limit today Very Happy yay


i did 50 situps, not much - i know but it's better than nothing and i felt great after it Smile i luv endorphines haha.

Wow, that’s awesome. It must feel really good to hit your goal weight! Your quite the inspiration Smile . You only eat 800 cals a day? Do you do exercises also?

DAY 2


noooo today's gone a bit wrong already Sad , i had porridge for breakfast to keep me full till atleast mid day, but it didn't work, oh well, that's 100cals, then i had sweetcorn 4 some weird reason, that was 100cals also, then a bloody chocolate bar 242 cals!!!!! and a few pieces of fruit, i'd say about 50 cals all together.
so i've had 292cals already, and i can only have 208cals for the rest of the day, and it's only 12pm. Neutral


i felt fat so i did 50 situps, 10 push ups, 20 squats, 2 pull ups (it's all i can do lol) and 100 skips. Yawn that'll do me 4 now, i'll do more later.

o dear, my dad's making pie and chips for tea when he gets in, Nail Biting he told me to make enough chips for the both of us, but i've only made enough for him, i'll just tell him i've been snacking all day and i'm not hungry. Cool in the meantime, i'll make my own tea- cheese and onion chrisp butty! yummy! and just about tips me over my 800cal limit, so no more food after this! Razz

it's 12:21, i've had a bowl of porridge, and a banana, and i'm suprisingly full Smile i wont be eating until my dad gets home at 4:00, until then i'm just gonna practice a few dances that'll burn some calories Very Happy


ew, my dad made chips!!! n a lot of em too, he's catching on that i'm not eating enough i think, he also made me rice n salmon, i suppose the salmon isn't that bad, n it was damn tasty! lol no more food now! them chips were horrid, well they wern't they were gorgeous infact, but the amount of fat i've just eaten is appauling, n i think i've definately hit my 800cal limit!


mum got in n made me a sandwih, i couldn't turn it down, it was nice of her to do that for me really wasn't it, she doesn't know i'm ana, so if i turned it down she'd feel well rejected n stuff. i feel crap now that i've eaten it though. Neutral

DAY 4


i'm doing ok so far, it's 3:26pm n all i've had is 1 bourbon biscuit, and a tangerine Razz yummyness.


my dad's in, and he's definatley clocking on to me not eating enough, he's making chips again! chips n curry, good god, does this man want me to be fat? i've got a plan though, i'll stay upstaires for about 5 mins after he says it's ready, then he'll be in the livingroom, i'll come downstaires n put some of the chips in a plastic bag, run upstaires again n hide them in my room, then walk into the livingroom eating a chip, so he thinks i've already eaten the one's i've hidden - n the job's a good'n Very Happy


i pulled it off, and not eaten anything since Very Happy i know i really know for sure that my dad knows i'm not eating enough - he bought me a chocolate bar, i know he's a nice person and buys me stuff anyway, but it was a bit obvious what he was trying to imply, after he asked me if i wanted just about everything in the cupboard with my tea, hmmm i might just be paranoid, but either way - that chocolate bar is gettin crushed!!!


just found a mirical!!!! belly dancing!!! i typed in "bellydance how to" on http://www.youtube.com and there's a girl called cassie or something that has loads of tutorials Very Happy it's amazing! i've added all her videos to my favourites, and my abs are KILLING! Laughing
