Thanks ladies!

Well, a bit bummed today that I still have no loss. I think I've joined the 'no pooping' school and that's what's holding me up. So to speak...

I *really* don't want to be popping lax cos I know where that leads. Confused

Today's allowance is 1000 cals again
Only 757 cals worth of exercise though

But, today is the last avocado in the fruit bowl, so I'll save myself 240 cals by not having any more this week.

I think an avocado once a week is fine to keep hair and nails looking nice, but any more than that and it just sends the intake sky high!

I've made a ton of cabbage soup to last me a good few days too.

I am not getting too disheartened. Yet.

I'm pleased I swam for an hour last night.

Also, bf away next week so I can make my own tea.

I'd better bloody lose something then! If not, it will be my marbles

Love to all

haha, your post made me giggle - you WILL NOT lose your marbles - you will come and have a rant on here and there is walys someone around to make ya feel better!!! (I'm on here about 12 hours per day, haha!!)

Seriously, keep your chin up hun. No loss is a big fat stinker but its not the end of the world - at least it's not a gain!!! Once you start pooping again you'll be fine Smile

I'm pretty much alway in the no poop club unless i take lax - so DEFO dont start on that route. Plus it costs a friggin fortune let me tell ya!! haha.

Drink some OJ and eat a few prunes - that might help.

Congrats on the exercise, go you! That should help you bowels move too Smile

Don't get down hun, you've got a great sense of humour, use that to keep you cheerful!

Hey ROE...you joined that famous club of ours? lol

Listen, I have started to take natural fibre in a serious way and I am pooping again. I had been taking a little every day, but with what I was eating, it was not enough. Now I am taking nearly an entire days worth (25 grams fibre for women) and it is working. I weighed in this morning and was down a pound, but have mercy...I just went to the washroom and I would have been down TWO if I had waited to weigh! lol Laughing Surprised Embarassed Too much info, I know, but hey...it is part of the club! Wink

Benefiber is one brand and Fibresure is another. It is inexpensive and natural...easy to take because it dissolves in water. I put it in my coffee and my water. It doesn't dissolve as well in the water because it is cold, but if you give it a good shake then you are good to go.

Just an idea. That way you are not hurting your body, like with laxatives, but you get to poop!!! lol

Thanks Jen & Constance

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I'd be conversing half way round the chuffing planet about my bowel movements. Well, sometimes I guess sometimes you feel closest to a stranger Laughing

Anyways, still no effing 'movement' today, and still no loss.

I do feel like I'm slimming down. My face feels more back to normal and my stomach is shrinking. Gradually. I do know that I'll be heading in the right direction soon.

I know 2lbs a week is what you're meant to lose, but if I wanted to lose weight the normal way, I'd be at weight watchers with all the other patient people...

Sod that! I'm not asking for loads, 4lb a week would do me. It's only been 2lb this week...

Today:

882 cals
only 428 burned off - had too much to carry to cycle to work Sad

Sooner my legs stop rubbing together when I walk the better, or it'll start getting me down. That way madness lies Evil or Very Mad

Anyway, racking up the fibre intake - Lepicol from Holland and Barrett Very Happy

Running tomorrow - at last the days are getting brighter!!

I'll try and get a swim in too. I WILL BE THIN

Hope you're all heading in the right direction too

Glad to hear yo're so positive - it's cheered me up!!! I know what you mean about 2lb/week. It's shite shite shite, when yu feel like you're depriving yourself of everything an the scales dont move like you want them to its really depressing.
Least you're staying positive hun Smile

Keep smiling Smile

Hmm, you'd be surprised with my mates!! We talk about all sorts of gross stuff...

So, jogged Saturday morning, but couldn't swim as well - there were things booked at the pool all day.

Walked yesterday. But binged. So, so tempted to purge, and that feeling is with me today. Just keeping in my head that I'll swim tonight and hopefully that feeling will go.

In my head, I've planned how I could purge here at work, and when and how many lax I'd need to take to still be able to swim in the morning Sad

I think I'm just so frustrated by no loss that I could embrace a kickstart. I just need to work out if I'm being truthful by calling it a kickstart. Rolling Eyes

I just need the numbers to show me what I want to see, then I'll feel better. Obviously!

Hope everyone else had a better weekend.

Hang in there, ROE. Keep doing what you know will work...and the pounds will drop off. Never as fast as we want them to, but off, nonetheless!!!

At least the numbers are going down. But it's soooo slow!

It's doing my head in a bit, but I know I'm doing the right things. Sad

Not doing the toilet thing as much as I'd like, but manging to steer clear of lax and just have fibre drinks. Smile

Cals today:
965

Exercise: 90 mins yoga = 504. No cycling as had to take OH to station. And it's p*ssing down. As usual!

Jogged for 60 mins Saturday, and cycled 20 mins yesterday.

Getting there. V frustrating though. Although it's nice to finally update the ticker, even if it's just the tiniest bit.

Hey ROE!! Yes, we are going to keep seeing that ticker moving, girl!! I am really giving it my all this week. I should do a ticker one day...maybe that will motivate me. I was wondering if someone using my computer could track that I have it though. Thinking

Keep going!!

I don't think anyone should be able to see whether you have a ticker or not... Dunno though, I'm not an expert when it comes to technology.

Did a pilates class last night as well - 326 cals.

Today:

Food =810 cals

swimming = 480 cals

cycling = 282 cals

total = 762
