hey,
i peirced mine myself as well as my friends. I bought a peircing needle of ebay that was the right size. I sterilzed the needle and then iced my belly until it was completly numb. The peircing needles have a very sharp tip that goes through so easily and I didn't even feel it!
Then just clean your belly button every day with a peircing cleaner. (Claire's sells it for ears and it works fine on a belly button.)
I just can't stress it enough: you must get a peircing needle. You can get them online or if you don't have access to that find someone that can get it for you online without your parent's knowing. DO NOT USE A SAFETY PIN, SEWING NEEDLE, ECT.
Also, my mom found out i had mine because some girl told on me, so then she made me take it out and i re peirced it so i have a good excuse for the hole when i am in bathing suits.
But she never found out the second time and it's been 3 years. So if you just wear longer shirts and don't go swimming with your parents it works out fine. Also, if you really need to go swimming you can put cover up inside the hole but i don't know how good it is for you. But i have done it and it works fine, just don't make the area more obvious, and if you do put cover up in it, it has to be fully healed.
It takes about a month for it not to be sore anymore, 3 months for it not to be red anymore. About a year for it to be completly healed and so you can actually take your your peircing for a couple of weeks maybe even months and it will not close up. Don't take it out for long before it is fully healed because then you have to kind of stab it with your belly ring and that hurts.
Hope this helps and good luck!!
xoxo

You're just going to have to respect your parents' wishes not to have you pierced until you're of age. It wont' kill you to wait a couple of years. Why dont' you refer to my last post I made on the piercing forum for a fun idea for you, instead.
Meanwhile, I think it is very wrong and amoral to anyone here who tells this young girl that she should go against her parents' concern and wishes and punch holes in herself.
it's also DANGEROUS to tell her so, and I am disgusted.
