Hello everybody

First of all, I want to apologize for all mistakes I will do because I am French and I can't speak fluent English. I have for a long time give up English courses. I hope you will understand me (I understand you and I will learn)
So I have found your site because on French web I found no pro-ana website.

I read some of your journals, you are examples for me : you show me that self control is possible. You are so determined and so brave !

I am looking for some help in my struggle. I often start fasts or diets but I give up a few hours later, eating chocolate etc. Now I want to be strong and under control.

I am 21, my height is 1,53m (5"), my CW is 52kg (114,5 lbs). My GW is 40kg (88 lbs) because I'm so small.

I was ana when I was 16 but my boyfriend wanted me not to be ana. And now I am fat as a pig !

Tomorrow I start a new diet. Just meat, fish and vegs and fruits. Would you help me by supporting me ?

It can be really hard to get started, but once it becomes routine I have no doubt that you will succeed!

And thank you for welcoming me !

I have to confess that today wasn't so good. in the morning I drank a coffee with sugar and milk Mad Mad , and I ate an apple.
but for the midday meal, I had to eat because I was not alone. I ate salad and others vegs ! with corn and dressing Evil or Very Mad but no meat !
the end of the day looks more better : since midday I have not been eating anything !!

I felt like eating when I went home after class, but I thought about you, and I hoped someone would reply to my journal, and then I avoid eating.
and I am now so happy because of your words of encouragement

now I am just too tired not to eat : so have a good night, and then a nice day

hello, your english is very good better than my french. I am sorry but i only see things in feet and pounds. Did you say you are 5feet and 114.5 pounds? what is your goal weight?

yes, I'm 5 feet and 114.5 lbs
my goal weight is 88lbs for the moment

just had a bad day today
lots of food in the afternoon Mad I'm afraid I'll never get self control. Tomorrow I will look at your thinspirations BEFORE eating anything.

I'm back. One year later.
My english is ever getting worse. I just cannot write.

Hum. Since march 2007, I have tried to have a journal on french sites, because of my english. But french girls are so fat and don't restrict. They eat healthy and loose weight so slowly. But I cannot. I tried, I joined WW last year, but I didn't loose weight, I wasn't serious.

Anyway, I'm back and much more motivated than ever.

Weight (today) : 114
GW : 92 lbs.

Last week was good. Almost no sweet, almost no fat.

Yesterday :
3 tomatoes (80cal)
2 chicories (80cal)
1 melon (160cal)
1 apple (75cal)
1 soup (80cal)
9 makis (225cal)

= 680cal. Excellent.

Today :
vitamins and water so far.
