To me most of the stuff in the first pic seemed photoshopped/edited in some other way. If they were real, that's just sick and a bit too much.

Actually that was pretty real in some cultures that is tradition. They put all their faith in god and trust and it“doesn’t hurt“ them they say, and in other cultures its like initiation in to man hood.
