I've tried everything, but am now trying laser hair removal. I hope it works!

I've had 4 treatments out of the 8 needed. If you want to see pics of my progress check out my laser hair removal journal at http://www.laserhairremovaljournal.com/Before-After-Pictures/index.htm

I shave, or wax. waxing works for much longer, but you have to have kind of long hairs to wax. And I freak out if I go to long without shaving. I'ts a little wierd..

I NEVEr wax under my arms though. The thought about going DAYS without shaving under my arms is just to gross ( I think I have a hair-removal-obsession)

I shave mostly, but because it's winter now, I keep it a bit longer on my legs, so I can wax it and I'll have less to worry about when I'm leaving to Tenerife within 5 weeks.

I'm thinking about laser therapy too, because I have very dark hair. Is it expensive?

i love to use the epilator than wax and shave after (you can never know whether there is still hair lol)
but only for legs.
i shave the rest.

I love the pic that says Please ignore the wine stains on my lips, LOL, you're cool, Me I'd like to have my upper lip girly-mustache done but I'm terrified that if anything goes wrong it'll scar my mouth, how does laser removal work anyhow? I remember one of my cousins used an Eplilady for her legs and the idea was that the hair folicle would eventually grow a very fine and nearly invisible hair after many tweakings but what happened was that although her hair after a year of use did grow back fine and soft, they also grew in forever and now she has a horrible lumpy bubbly infected rash and it'll never go away. Still I'm interested in this laser surgery because my fuzz gives away my heritage Laughing Yours truly, Pepperjack.

I use Veet, cold wax strips. I don't know if they sell that outside of Belgium, those are thin yellow packs with 20 wax strips in it.

But I let my boyfriend do it because then it's done sooner and much better than when I do it myself.

I recommend using the cold wax strips, heating wax and smearing it onto your legs is quite messy.

They don't cost that much, 7 euro if I remember it correctly. And I only need half of the box to do my legs one time.

Much cheaper than going to a health center where you pay like 25 euros just to have your legs done one time Neutral

Anyway, good luck with it Wink

I checked out your lazer hair removal process.

So the hair doesn't fall out instantly?? For some reason I was under the impression that the hair fell out right away.

Is this process expensive?

My bikini area is my number one area that I'd like to work on. Shaving there for summer is sooo hard!! The skin gets irritated, ingrown hairs.. etc... How is your bikini area now? Smile
