Don't worry, hon. At 800 calories, there is not way on God's green earth you could have gained fat-weight. As a matter of fact, you will have LOST fat.

However, depending on your, errr, body's intestinal functions, you might be the same on the scales--but it's just the food and water. You might even have appeared to have gained a bit. Remember to figure out your caloric needs based on your current body weight. We all need to do this---then we don't get too upset by eating a few hundred calories.

Believe me, you'll have lost some fat from this very low day of calories. Don't get on the scale for another day or two.

I couldn't stay off the scales-I'd been prepared for the worst, and I hope my scales weren't malfunctioning when they told me I was 13st. 6lbs, or 191.6! I am glad that I lost weight, and so I think I might go on to 600 today. There is no point on dwelling on yesterday, it is today that matters.
I have no idea what I'm gonna eat today, apart from breakfast, I need to raid my cupboards.
B-100g cherries 80 cals, hot choc 40 cals
L-tomato tango cous-cous 166 cals
D-whole can of lentil+vegetable soup 170
T-456 so leaves plenty of room if I need something to help me along (another cup of hot choc or a ryvita goodness bar (only 61 cals))
I have downloaded 2 new thinspo songs onto my iPod for encouragement:

I also have Hips Don't Lie- Shakira and I can't find Paper Bag. I know I bought it, but I don't know what I've done with it!

Today, I've stuck to 800. It's not hard to stick to, and is definitely my favourite day Wink
I might try liquid fasting tomorrow (it wouldn't mean giving up my morning hot chocolate) but if I can't get away with it I'll stick to 200.
From Wednesday to Saturday I won't be posting on here because I have to go on 'holiday'. If anyone has any successful hiding tips, that would be a great help, but hopefully I'll get to take some of my own food anyway.
I couldn't fully appreciate my 800 calories because I had and am having major stomach crampage right now, and we went to the zoo. It was well boring.
I have stayed the same weight-wise, although when I weighed myself I had wet hair and a towel on. Ah well, at least I didn't gain.

Could not fast. My parents are making me have a mango smoothie. I got away with crispbread and marmite for lunch though. A mini-milk saved my life today, because I was at Euston station and felt really weak. Only 30 cals in a mini-milk!
I've probably gone over 200 because of this bloody smoothie, but at least my parents are satisfied. Besides, my exercise bike came today, so I can burn off some of those calories!

I know how easy it is to freak out when you go over your set calories for the day...but even though I get really down on myself too (you totally do deserve the support, by the way, we're always here for you! Smile ) I like to look at this website...it tells you how many calories you need to eat per day to maintain your current weight (or your goal weight, whatever you type in).

Thanks for the support and the link littlekittentoes! Apparently, to maintain my current weight (190.6, I lost a pound today, unless the scales spazzed up) I need to consume 2344 calories a day (as if!!!) and to achieve my goal weight, I need to eat 1925 calories a day.
I burnt 200 calories on my exercise bike. I would have done more but my mum told me not to do any more tonight. I wish my parents didn't fuss so much.

I have acces to the internet! This is brilliant, it'll only be Friday and Saturday that I shouldn't be able to post.
Fucked up at lunchtime. We all sat around the table, and the friends we are staying with kept staring at me, wondering why I wasn't eating anything, so I gave in. I feel so shit. It wasn't much, and I tried to purge but I couldn't. I told my mum that I was nearly sick, so that if I actually do feel so bad that I purge, she won't be surprised.
I am having nothing more than soup for today. I have to eat soup because everyone is going to be sitting around the table tonight, too.
I hate holidays. I want to get back to school, not to learn, but to stop me eating! I could get away with fasting during term-time.

Had to eat a yogurt at the service station today, but my parents got suspicious when I was pissed off about eating it. Well, I was trying to fast, so I was pretty pissy.
I am giving up 2-4-6-8. I don't like the guilty feeling I get when I eat over 500.
Have not weighed myself yet. I always weigh myself at the start of the day.

Could not resist the temptation to weigh myself. My eyes kept going funny cos the light don't work in my bathroom, but I am 13st.2lbs, or 187.6 according to my calculator.
I'm so thankful I didn't gain, but I need to be losing weight faster than this. At least I am the same weight I was before the holidays, so noone will think I got fatter!
Got to lose more. As soon as my parents are back to work and I'm back to school I can fast, thank god.

I'm still 187.6, which is kinda depressing...
Well, I don't think I'll be able to get away with fasting, but I'm gonna try. If I just give up, I won't shift this weight.
I am going to watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire through lunch, which means I have to "eat" in my room, and then I'll try and do something upstairs during dinner as well. I have some plastic bags upstairs I think.
Anyway, I'll probably update later.
