I was supposed to only eat 400 today, but ended up eating 800. If I find out I've gained tomorrow, I'm gonna be heartbroken. I wish I could control myself. My only consolation is that this barbecue is only an annual occasion.
Now I have a dilemma. What shall I do tomorrow? Should I do 400 again, properly this time, or should I forget about it and go onto 600?
This is probably a dumb question, but I have never done 2-4-6-8 before, and am kinda confuzzled. |
Don't worry, hon. At 800 calories, there is not way on God's green earth you could have gained fat-weight. As a matter of fact, you will have LOST fat.
However, depending on your, errr, body's intestinal functions, you might be the same on the scales--but it's just the food and water. You might even have appeared to have gained a bit. Remember to figure out your caloric needs based on your current body weight. We all need to do this---then we don't get too upset by eating a few hundred calories.
Believe me, you'll have lost some fat from this very low day of calories. Don't get on the scale for another day or two.
