I'm currently 5'5" 113.5 lbs, 19 years old. I've been binging alot lately, but yesterday I did good. I had kix cereal with rice milk, tomato soup, and a cucumber. I won't bother with the calories now, because I'm not sure how much cereal I had. From now on It's 300 calories or less a day, and some sort of working out every day. I'll switch off between the treadmil and my weight training/yoga. So when I wake up later I start the yoga and weight training, saturday will be treadmil. My ultimate goal is somewhere from 87lbs to 93lbs, we'll see when I get there. I want to be a 0 or 00 in jeans. I want to reach my ultimate goal weight before Halloween.
