sticking at it!!

Okay so i love fasting its awesome (if you can keep your mind of food!!!)
but ill start a fast then all of a sudden ill break it because someone stupid like my mum or family and friends have made me eat if i just stik at it ill be fine i can do it i like doing it but it just little temtations that screw it up i was thinking of having like a txting buddy so if i feel like eating ill just txt them it those little temtations that i hate i feel so much better when my stomache is empty it keeps me motivated but as soon as i eat one little thing i feel fat agin and ill give in... anyway im writeing this to keep me motivated iv pmd dee a couple of times and she really is awesome i havnt heard from her for a while so thats a shame..
