Ok. I broke my plateau by 2 pounds. I ate 200 cal. lost a pound then the next day ate 400 lost another pound. Does anyone else do calorie cycling in their diet plan? If so what is your calorie schedule? I'm starting a new one on Monday, I posted my schedule in the private forums if you're interested. Today i'm eating 600, I'm doing the 2468 diet. Who here has tried it and what are your results?

Ok it's Aug. 30 and I haven't been posting everyday like I should. I've lost 3 pounds or so since i last posted. I'd lose more in a week if mia didn't come to the pic on the weekends. With mia I maintain my weight. So weekends my weight stays the same and during the week I lose 4+ pounds or so. I eat 300 and 600 cal everyother day so I don't plateau. On the 600 cal days I lose a fraction of a pound or less and when I eat 300 cals a day I lose at least a pound a day. I'm almost there.
