Allright.

Here we go.

Titel says it, that's my goal. Weightwise I've been thinking of 53-ish. My LW so far has been 57, around 6 months ago. Now after a too long period of bingeing, I'm around 63 Surprised So I'm not quite sure about the 53, since I've never been there before, so I might have to adjust it as we go. Anyway, that's going to be a long journey, and right now..

I feel absolutely horrible and fat. Fat fat fat. I can feel the fat around my waist, and it has all piled up during the last 5 weeks. Aaargh.

Last friday I started a new exercise regime, and have been out jogging 4 days in a row since then. Today I took a break 'cause my legs hurt too much. And because I was lazy and weak. Need to work on my determination and self-control.

I'll weight in every Sunday, write daily plans here in advance and report how it went.

Tomorrows plan;

Breakfast; coffee with skimmed milk (35kcal)
Lunch; Greek salad (~200)
Dinner; 2 fish fingers (100) and 3 tomatoes (120)
Total; ~455 kcal

Allright, first day over, so far so good.

Had quite a bit of coffee today, which kept my hunger away. Also drank a lot of water, to keep myself hydrated.

Also, Greek salad and after a 30 min powerwalk, some chicken leftovers. The amount of which I think was equivalent to the kcals in fishfingers of the original plan.

Now I'm going to sleep.

Tomorrow's plan;
breakfast: oatmeal (100), coffee with milk (35)
lunch: greek salad (~200)
dinner: the fishfingers+tomatoes I didn't have today (220)
Total: ~555

I think I'm going to try and have breakfast every other day. I don't usually eat breakfast at all, I sometimes start too feel a bit sick at first and then really hungry after a few hrs, but I've read it in so many different places that it's good for your metabolism that I think I'm gonna try it out.

Thanks lifes_a_struggle, have a nice, skinny day tomorrow! Love

I have the same thing with breakfast, I don't usually eat it at all but I've been thinking that I should start eating it 'cause everybody is always saying that it's good for metabolism. But I don't know... How did it go with your breakfast, did you feel better, was your energylevel higher comparing to not eating? I just want to know how it affected if I have to start eating breakfast too...

Have a good day tomorrow!

Emmariikka - Well, I did get hungry earlier.. managed to stick to daily plan though, sort of. Instead Greek salad I had a Caesar salad with chicken, but luckily it didn't have parmesan in it. Don't know how much more kcals it had, so I'll just guess 300 - so today I'm up at ~850. It's not horrible, but I'm not happy.
Don't know if breakfast really does increase your metabolism that much, will have to see. But if I don't see any results, I'm going back to skipping it.

Tomorrow is going to be a bit difficult. Am going to a dinner party, and I've been just making cookies to take with me. (managed not to take any which is good) So, I'll go jogging in the afternoon. Otherwise I'll just have to take tomorrow as one of those horrible days food-wise. Will try to stay under 1500, but it might be tough since we're going out as well. Damn alcohol and your kcals! Will go jogging on saturday as well, a really long one.

Otherwise plan will be;
Breakfast: coffee w milk (25)
Lunch: banana (100) - to give energy for the jogging.

Good night y'all!

hey marjaana84 thanks for your support. it would be great to pm sometime when we need advice or that extra push to reach our goals.

i eat breakfast for 2 reasons. one cause i dont eat lunch and it keeps me going throughout the day and two i figure that eating first thing in the morning gives me all day to burn off the same amount of calories i ate. dont know if that helps or how you found it. let me know.

have a good day

Hmm.

Had a fun night yesterday. Even though I'm afraid even to think about the amount of calories I had. I went for 40min jog before going to the dinner party, which was good. Otherwise, I had quite a few drinks, and never in my life have I seen anyone make a white russian with half-milk half-cream! Cream! Not only was that drink probably 600kcals, but it also tasted discusting! Yuk. But I danced about 1,5hrs, which burned a bit of the calories.

So now's a new start sort of. Today's plan will be jogging and a concert in the evening. I'm going to wear a bit tighter dress, so that could keep me from eating, if motivation fails. Food plan:

Lunch (as I just woke up, and I think writing breakfast here would be odd Razz ): coffee with milk (35)
Snack: 2 oranges (120)

We might go for drinks after the concert so I'm afraid to eat any more before that. Will definitely not take a white russian anymore though! Very Happy

Oh, and today the scale said 60kgs! Very Happy

(probably water weight, and lack of food in my system, but still quite a nice surprise!)

Crap.

Had a glass of white wine and a 6'' Ham sub with cheese&light mayo. That is, according to a lot of googling, 400kcals.

I did go for a 1hr powerwalk before that, and didn't eat the oranges. which leaves me at 435kcals eaten, and 283 burn by powerwalk, I'm at 152kcals for today. Whohoo!

Don't feel like it though. Feel like I've had 1500.

Ok, first Sunday since the beginning. Scale says 60,5kgs. Whohoo. Smile

I assume that the 63 in the beginning were mainly bingeing foods lurking around, so I'm not making too many assumptions or raising high expectations for next week. But I have gone jogging/powerwalking 4 times this week, and 3 times last week, so I suppose some little piece of it might actually be fat.

Forgot to make today's plan yesterday, so here it goes;
Breakfast; one weetabix with skimmed milk (165) and coffee w skimmed milk (35)
Lunch; Banana/apple at coffeeshop, coffee (can come up to 200, depending on whether a friend comes with me or not)
Dinner; 2 fishfingers (120)
Snack; orange (60)
Total: 580

Edited the ticker as well Smile

Ok, today did not turn out the way I wanted.

For breakfast I had the coffee and weetabix, lunch was a latte in skimmed milk. So far it was all good. Then I stayed at this coffee shop for 3 hrs and managed to get 1 panini, 1 muffin, 2 small smoothies and a latte only to be followed by 2 ciders and a white russian and a slice of pizza later in the evening.

AND I didn't go jogging today.

Crappidy-crap.

Tomorrow's plan;
Breakfast; coffee with skimmed milk (35)
Lunch with friend at coffeeshop; latte&banana (160)
Evening snack; an orange (60)

And I have to go jogging, for at least 30min, followed by 30 min of powerwalk. (my feet hurt because of bad sneakers... has been hellish to even walk for a few days. Have to get new sneakers but I just can't afford. Maybe should ask parents. But don't want to raise their suspicion. Tips?)

Good thing today is that even though I just got back home and went for the fridge to get something, anything, to eat, I just crapped the 5kcal jelly I had made 2 days before. Well done me. I have to start having Jelly in the fridge more often, maybe that'll stop me from bingeing.

Sorry for not posting for a few days, been a bit busy and food-wise I've failed miserably. But I have gone powerwalking and half-jogging every day, even today when I felt exhausted after a whole day outdoors. I went on a day trip with 2 friends to a castle nearby. We walked around the castle and then around the parks next to it, for about 5 hrs.

In the morning I had 2 weetabix, a tuna-sandwhich for lunch, 3 cups of coffee, a pint of ale and now 2 mozzarellas. Too tired to even try to figure how much I've had kcal-wise. I went for a 30min powerwalk as soon as I got home.

Anyway, just thought I'd check in before going to bed. So exhausted. Had a nice day though Smile

WTF.

63 again.

Been jogging every single day. Twice yesterday, and this is my reward?
