I know the plates you're talking about. How cute. And yes..that is a smart thing to do..a smaller plate. Makes your portions look so much bigger. Good job for you over the weekend! You know I just started focusing on my triceps as well. Got some weights at the house that I'm gonna play around with too. Gonna see what I can do at the gym from time to time too. I really don't like messing around in the free weights area all that much. So..having them at home is a plus. I hope it goes well for you. You're doing awesome. Keep it up!!

yeah I could swear Im seeing TOM more often then I should too... weird. You going to NYC this summer? Me and alex frequent there in the summers we wre there last july. It would be weird if i saw you in passing cause I wouldnt know it. You would know it was me though, you would maybe recognize me from my pics but more so I am the loudest mouth on the east coast. I used to be ashamed but now im quite proud of it.

Well, it looks like they are closing us down here. I can completely understand why, although this place has been a superb support system for me. I have lost 70 lbs while on this board and I am at a healthy weight and feel so much better about myself. It is my desire to see everyone here happy and healthy...with good body and self image. Loving life and living it to it's fullest. My faith in Christ brings me over and through the trials that we go through in life...I hope you find peace through Him too! constance

Hey hun , just wanted to say goodbye and good luck, since it seems the boards won't be here tomorrow. I've been away for a little while again, really trying to sort out my food issues this time. Anyway, just wanted to say that you've been such and inspiration as well as a voice of reason for me, and I think for many others here as well.
