I went to the gym today. I did 3 miles on the treadmill. It didn't take me 45 minutes today, it took me 43. I pushed myself a little harder today. I strength trained. Did 3 reps of all the machines. Took about an hour to do. I'm still psyched that I lost 15 pounds in a month. It's an awesome feeling. I know I have a long way to go still. I'm hoping maybe I can get out of the 60's within the next 4 weeks....159 pounds. That's 8.8 pounds. I had to take my weekly Sunday pic today instead of yesterday. I waited too late to get it done. But...it's no big deal, pretty much the same thing. My goal is 165 for Sunday's weigh in. I hope I can reach that. That's my first mini goal. I'm going to try and up my exercise this week, meaning get there 5/6 times this week, or stay longer 3/4 times per week. Either/or is fine with me. I just want to do a little extra this week, push myself a little more.
