Fuck this body!!!!!!!!

I get on the scale and now I notice that my weight has gone up to 197. It should have gone down from yesterday but it didn't. I know exactly why too: my body has figured out what was going on and decided to react against the diet. I am sooooo angry. I spend 80 bucks on this shit only to put me closer to 200 while I am on it?

This is why people get liposuction. I am tired of being the biggest person in the family (my mother's side). It is bad enough I got a nutritionist telling me there is nothing wrong with me and my doctor says I am normal except for the high weight. He told me that there was no thyroid problem, but then that means it is just my body.

I am starting to believe that I am meant to be this size forever. I can't even get back down to a size 10. I am so upset and I hate myself right now. I can't even walk up and down the steps in my house without being out of breath.

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time! I know it's hard at times, especially when things that are supposed to make you lose make you gain,but try and stay positive, remember that every little bit helps. Every extra inch you move burns that little bit more, and it will pay off, just stay strong!

Keep at it, your hard work will pay off, sometimes it just takes a little more time than we want it to.

Ya know ya have ben thats size before so ya can do it agin..Obviously its going to be a lil harder this tie cause bodys dont like losing weight but when you do get there you wil fel even more amazing about it..
