How to lose a dress siz in 10 days!

Morning Post: Okay I slipped up again yesterday, but I am down to 193 so far...I guess I have slipped up slightly. I am going to apply for a job downtown today and I am hoping that they hire me because it is too easy to sit at home and fall into temptation. So far I am happy I haven't left the house until now since that Smooth Moves tea is still working. It is good to get the crap out of me (no pun intended). After I print my resume, I am going to the gym. I might just do treadmill, but I will see after I get there.
Evening Post: I get on the scale today and it reads 190.5. I am happy for the noticable decrease, but I fear I over extended myself in the gym. The cleanse only provides 650 calories and I get an extra 10 from the liquid vitamins, but here is what I did:
Stationary cycling -409 cal
treadmill -286 cal
weights -210 cal
I feel okay but there is a weird pain in my eye and my teeth hurt (might be the flossing) on the right. So far day 1 is complete. Oh yeah I notice the smell of food is stronger; almost pungent if you will. I will go to the gym a little earlier tomorrow so I can get more time on the treadmill. At for the clothes, there is a bit more ease putting on the bottoms, but I wont get too excited about it right now. I know I can't quit because I paid all that damn money for the organic maple syrup.
