This was my first low carb day and I was successful! I ate one bread to take in the 20g of carbs. Apart from that I ate yogurt and a bit of meat. In cals that makes 200. Tomorrow Ill eat some fruits with yogurt. Up to now I áctually got a lot of substitutes for bread, etc, so I hope I can stick to that diet long enough to get used to it and it is no challenge for me anymore.

Im such a dummy!!! I wrote that Im only allowed to eat 20g of carbs per day. Today I read my low carb book again and I can eat 100g!! 20g would be no carb. I was wondering why I was so tired the last days, atually you shouldnt feel like that when youre brain has enough glucose. Now I know what was the reason. Anyway, up to now Im doing good. It was hard work to stick to 20g yesterday but now that Im allowed more it will be easier.

It is indeed easy to stick to 100g carbs per day. The last three days I was only around 50-60g! In that time I lost one kilo, from 49,4 to 48,2kg. I also got my period at the moment and I dont know if I lose because of my diet or because I lose the weight I ganied through my period. But anyway, 1 kilo in three days is okay. If it goes on like this I could lose 2 kilos in one week, that means in two weeks I could weigh 44kilos. Thinking
Ill definitely go on with low carb and wait what will happen.

My whole calculations didnt work out of course! Tha last days were all... Mad
At least today goes well so far. I had one yoghurt with 56 cals for breakfast and for lunch chicken with potatoes. In the evening I go to the gym , so I dont know if there will be anything more to eat.

I didnt post for a little while. The last three days I was pretty ill, I had headaches, a sore throat and my nose is still running like crazy! I was more interested in getting well again instead of taking care what I ate the last days. Big mistake. Mad
I feel so fat! Even fatter than ever before! I dont want to step on the scale to prove if Im right.
I really really need to get rid of that weight!!!! I decided to write down everyday what I ate! Really everything. I coulndt stand to confess that I ate junk food two or more days in a row, but I couldnt stand to lie either. So I hope this will bring me back on track!

Breakfast: 1 yogurt
Lunch: bread with cottage cheese
1 glass of milk

Thats what I had so far. I think Ill eat some cucumber later and drink another glass of milk. No chocolate or cookies for today!

The cals are around 290, now, in the end there will be 400. Thats quite okay, I think. Smile

The day is not over yet, but I write what I had so far now anyway.
Breakfast: Porridge (3 tablespoons of oats + water)
Lunch: 1 bread with cottage cheese, one apple
4 pieces of chocolate Sad
Like yesterday there will be cucumber in the around 5pm with milk.
At 7pm I go to the gym, joining my course! Smile

This will make around 550 cals for today. Without the chocolate it would have been less. Sad Tomorrow I do without it again!

My plan from saturday:
Breakfast: porridge+milk
Lunch: yogurt
2 slices of bread
1 piece of cake Embarassed
Im not proud of that. My cals were around 600-700. Actually I didnt want to go over 500. But I didnt ate after 5pm, so I think it was okay.

Today I had again porridge for breakfast with one apple. This time I am kind of proud because there stands a plate of cookies on the table. Normally I would have eaten one, thinking its okay because I have the whole day to burn it. Today I didnt touch it!!!

Too much cals for my likening, but tomorrow I wont have much time too eat, so the cals will be lower.

Tuesday:
Breakfast: 1 banana, milk
Lunch: 1 bread, 1 yogurt
Evening: 1 bread, milk
Cals:594

Way too much cals!!!! I write a history exam on thursday that takes three and a half hours. I still got to learn for it, so I have no time for the gym right now. But I dont feel so fat anymore, I already see a change in the mirror. At the end of the week, when this exam is over and I had time for the gym, I may step on the scale again!

Damn!!! Mad
Yesterday I gave in! I ate all day! Chocolade, cookies, hamburger....
Also my reflection in the mirror looks fat again!!!!! I was stupid enough to step on the scale last evenig. Over 50kg. I got almost one percent muscle amount decrease!
I dont know what I shall do. I may take a little break from this site. To concentrate a bit more on my own. After the next week I got holidays. When they are over I write again. Hopefully with good results!

Hey guys, Im back again. the holidays are not over yet, and my weight hasnt changed at all. But I got some new thinspiration, which gave me a new "reason" to lose weight. Ill meet some friends from the 25th-27th of july and of course I want to be thin then! My current weight are 48,7kg (sorry, I dont know how mich that is in lbs) and I calculated out that if I lose 100gr every day Ill weigh 35,9kg by the 24th of july!!! Thats my goal weight!!!! And 100gr per day are doable!!! So Ill keep you updated how Im doing!
