DAY 1: started a new fast today.
Right now it's really hard, but I'm very determined. I'm gonna fast for the rest of this week. That's 7 days... I'm allowed to have water, tea, coffee, broth, and skinny latte. But no solids, and drinks for no more than 200 cals worth.
Last week was ok, I didn't binge, and managed to keep intake under 500 cals a day. So i'm probably back to where I started. My ultimate goal now is to reach those 50's, and I think I'll be there at the end of this week. decided not to weigh myself before sunday.
We'll see.

DAY 2: so far, so good. Day 1 and 2 are always the worst. Hope tomorrow will be easier. Stopped feeling hungry this morning. That should help. Worked late, the perfect way to take your mind off food, AND you make more money! Now it's 6pm, and I'm at home. Thinking about going jogging....maybe I should stop thinking and do something about it!
Going out with friends tomorrow night. Have to come up with some kind of excuse why I'm not eating. Why do people alway have to EAT when they get together?!? Grrrrrrr

DAY 6

Been so busy this week, working late and hooking up with friends after. Still fasting, haven't had anything solid for 6 days. I feel good, have moments where i'm dizzy, and my joints hurt every morning, I don't know why. Especially my hips, it hurts getting out of bed. But once I get going, it's gone.
Tomorrow: the weigh-in. Ooooohhhhhhh....exciting!
Staying in tonight, mainly due to cash-shortage.

6 days is absolutely amazing!! that's so great!! you and your will power!!! Have you tried a warm bath? maybe it's a calcium thing.... idk tho hope that stops soon.
Weigh in? hmm I'm thinking you lost at LEAST 6lbs! Very Happy how exciting!! so how are YOU and what's going on in your life? i've missed you !

Ok.....I know I've been MIA. Sorry 'bout that... Embarassed

Last week I lost 3kgs, that means I'm now in the 50's! That has never happened before (if I remember correctly). Anyway, I'll probably gain them all back tonight: going out to dinner with possible boyfriend-material for a valentine's date! This weekend plans coming up are:
Friday -going out drinking and dancing (lots and lots of cals)
Saturday -a friend's birthdayparty involving several meals, it's an all day event. damn.
so, don't hold your breath. i'll be back up those 3 kgs again before you can say 'cookies and cream'! at least i know i did it. i'll try again later when i feel up for it.
this week i've kept it at 600-800 cals a day. that's ok.
now i'm gonna wash my hair for the date tonight!

glad to hear you're losing Smile you basically rock. your fast was amazing, so proud of you. i'm only on day 3... i am not nearly as good as you are. i'm jealous. Razz keep me posted on how you are.

I can't seem to find the time to come here...that's BS. I'm not motivated -at all.
I'm back up to 60 kgs, like I predicted. That was last weekend. This weekend I spent with my family, which involved a lot of food too. My familiy seem to do nothing but plan the next meal. Jeez.
I'll be back when I feel like it, untill then I'm sticking to the 600-cals-a-day-plan. In a week or so, I'll try a new fast, and then I'll be back to report.

I'm back!
This last month has gone by so fast, I can't believe it's almost april! It got me thinking, i've been coming here for a year soon...time flies I guess.
I'm steady at 60 kgs, it seems like it's impossible for me to stay in the 50's. Just too hard, if I started working out more, i could do it, but i'm too lazy. I wanna spend all my free time with friends, going out and having fun. I guess I feel like this: I work so hard all week, so I need to have fun once in a while, just to keep me afloat.
Summer's just around the corner, and thinking about how i started my mission to be skinny a year ago, gets me motivated to do even better! this spring i'm gonna be the girl they look at and think: she's so skinny, I wish i could look like that! Ha ha
The sun is shining in Oslo today, temperature rising, and so is my mood. Staying in tonight, cause I have NO money, but I get paid on wednesday, so I can make it. It's not like I'm buying any food anyways..
Started fasting today, now it's 5pm and I've had water and 2 skinny lattes. I will not have anything else today except water. Go to bed early and dream the pounds melting off of me! Laughing
I think I'll start fasting for three days, and then we'll see what happens. I wanna make it a week, but i just don't know if i can do it. Feel very motivated, though. Been watching the Hills online today, and Audrina is great thinspo, i love her arms and shoulders!

I made it through yesterday. Today I woke up with a headache og the taste of iron in my mouth. Think i'll fill up on water and vitamins/minerals this morning. I feel calm, like I'm almost there, even though I'm not. I always feel great when I fast, it's like I was meant to do this. Like I'm only true to myself when I fast. Crrrrrrazygirl!
oh well. It's only 9am still, so I'll start the day looking at thinspo, just to get me going. *blowing kisses*

It's 9pm and i'm soon off to bed. Had a great day, out shopping and sipping coffee with two friends. Haven't had any solids today, just water, coffee and broth -yawn, it's so boring. But I'm very motivated, now that day 1&2 are over. Day3 is always easier. hope I can fall a sleep right away, or I'll just start obsessing over something and then be up half the night. wish i had sleeping pills..
The fast makes my pimples dry out and disappear! Talk about a bonus!

Now it's day 3 of the fast. I feel ok, no hunger and no desire to binge. It's funny; when I fast I totally lose my lust for food, usually at the end of day 2. I have to decide up front how many days i'm gonna fast, or I can keep at it for weeks (and that's not what I want -to lose my hair and look all grey and washed out). It's when I allow myself to start eating again that I usually screw up. That's when I lose my determination. Hmmm...
The sun is shining today, it's easter and I have time off from work! YAY!
I'm going up to my parents cabin this weekend, to snowboard and spend time with my brother. That means 3 meals a day, but I'm gonna be active and stay out all day, so it's okay. When I get back, I'll start another fast, maybe for a week. Anyone want to join me? Smile

I'm back after 5 days of 'sun and fun', snowboarding every day. Sadly, that also meant a lot of food. Probably 1500 cals a day. So tomorrow I'm starting a fast that's gonna last untill sunday. Feel very motivated. I'm aiming for 500 cals today, none so far. I need to prep my body for the fast, so I don't crash on the first day.

Still fasting and doing great. Two days now. The hard part's over.

OK.....I'm in love! I have the greatest new boyfriend. He is so sweet, I'm head over heals!!! I hope it lasts this time..if I could have dinner with him every day, I would! THAT'S how much I like him! This feels so great, I can't believe it, I think about him all the time.... Love
I'm gonna spend the entire weekend with him, but I'll continue fasting untill friday after work when I see him. All you need is love, right? So who needs food right now....Ahhhh bliss
