Hey guys, it's me again. I was just about reading the last posts of my journal and it almost made me cry.I seemed to be so strong.. I dont even remember taht Anyways I'm back. Fat again and this time I know Im gonna make it through and then I will stay strong and skinny!

..my plan: a fast for four days: I wont eat anything till monday. Just drinking a lot of water, tea and a light soup.. + 2 houres sports echt day The next 45 days: 300kcal per day and 2 houres sport. do you think its possible to lose 2 pounds in 4 days? I could lose about 22 pounds then.. That would be so great... after these 45 days I'm on holidays and I know that I'm gonna eat then. but after the holidays I'll try to start again... but first things first... What do you think so far? Tomorrow: Day 1 of the fast: -
