I think they were definately real in those pics. Was she fat at some point to get those things? I also think she may have had a lift to make them not so saggy.

in those pics they look real to me. but that doesn't mean she still has real boobs. pamela andersons boobs were naturally big too but that didn't keep her from enlarging them.... she could also wear siliconpads in her bra right now, to make them look bigger and rounder. or maybe she had them lifted or had some excess skin removed. whatever it is, she looks great!
