139lbs!! YES Ok. I seriously stripped naked, blow-dried my hair, etc. to get there tho!!
-Orange
-Coffee w little non-dairy creamer
-Soy milk.

83 hrs into the fast.... the hunger is subsiding actually. it's almost fun. did i just say FUN?!?! haha well, I skipped out on lunch with the girls today. 1 bc i don't have money and 2 i don't want them to kno.

My spanish class is killing me. but we don't meet tomorrow *thank goodness* but i do have to get with my partner to work on our group oral exam. gah. i have no ME time. to like just zone out. who wants to just zone out? me apparently. haha. well, i'm having my friends over this weekend. prolly going to break away from studying for a night.

About the boy... i just have to let him GO. seriously he brings me nothing but heartbreak. and looking back on the first pages of my journal...... nothing positive. i was overeating and FAT FAT FAT. i found a pic of me-- ICK ICK ICK i look like a little hippo. seriously. i can tell a diff in my belly with the weight. it might be bc my belly is EMPTY. but either way... it's smaller YAY!!

Oh man....... I want to be 120 by christmas....... What do you all think??? well. we'll aim for 135 right now. I'll stay on my diet until i get to 135. yes. then 130.... and so on. 139 now. 4lbs. that's easy


Here's the plan:
Nov. 30: 135
Dec. 7: 130
Dec 15: 125
Dec 25: 120

It'll be rough.......................... but i can at least ATTEMPT IT!!!!

92 hrs in........... gah now it's getting tough. i had to take the bus downtown tonight for class, ug about passed out. was so lightheaded and motion sick.. ick. when i got back i could hardly function. the walk back to my apt was longer than ever and my head and stomach ached. but i've had some soy milk- a full glass and a can of no sugar added fruit. i feel so full now. sick. but much better than before. this is going to be tricky but i can do it!!!

so sleepy. i think i'm calling it a night lol not even 9 pm. haha. but i'm beat!

ahhh so proud of you!! 139 is incredible, and I totally believe that you can reach your goal by Christmas. You are so inspiring, I was just about to skip a workout, but you have motivated me so much! Smile Congrats, you'll be at 135 in no time.

Going down in increments is easier on the mind, than having the final number as your only goal. Make it a party the whole way down to your goal! I am rooting for you...135 is well within your reach!!!

apparently my math is off... ah only 72.5 hrs in, oops.
Today:
Fake chicken (150) bun (110) and an orange (100ish) so about 360.

well girls, i have a new boy. oh yeah i know, we're all so surprised!!! haha. he's coming up to my college this weekend to party with me! and he's fluent in spanish! YAY!! that's good because i need a study buddy.

ok so 95 hrs into the fast. i had to do the math. but it's right now.
Sunday at 1am i started.
Monday at 1
So.
1am Sun: 0hrs
1am Mon: 24hrs
1am Tue: 48hrs
1am Wed: 72hrs
12am Thur:95hrs

Gah I'm so retarded. ok well 95 hrs. ha!

that's great to find out you've done math wrong and it actually helps you...usually when I do math wrong it's to find out I've been 95 calories higher than I thought all day, lol. Razz

Thinmint....wow, 95 hrs. Tell me, do you get dizzy and light headed? How do you deal with that? I tried to fast a week ago or something and I was extremely dizzy and scatter-brained...but it was a first time thing for me.

Tell me how you handle the side effects.

i def get dizzy. i feel like im drunk that spinny feeling. honstly- i drink some juice or have piece of fruit- it will help so much. oj is the best- and you only need a little. Smile

doing ok. the scale isn't moving.

stuck at 139. gah

well last night i did leg lifts, crunches, roll ups and girl push ups oh man i feel those!! haha.

going to do them again tonight. if nothing else it will make me stronger

and the scale probably isn't moving because you're doing exercises! might be building up some muscle Very Happy

Thinmint, give us an update!

I am starting a fast today. I am going with water, coffee, tea....and for dizzy emergencies I will have broth/low cal hot choc (45 cals)/low cal cup a soup.....just low cal things if necessary, but I want to have a *plan in place* incase I need it.

I am anxious to hear how you are doing!
