im buliemic but want to stop tips

hi there well ive been buliemic 7 years im going to a psycatrist in september to get help but im 5ft3 and 7stone 4lbs i usually stave all day then i eat at nite 1000calories in one go then straight away throw it up and i maintan my weight by this but id like to not be doing this but its so hard im on anti depressants citalopram not sure if its working and it take fybergel for some fibre in me hich im prescribed from the doc i take caffeine pills nd multivitamin out of my own choice aswell i really wan to be able to lose 4lbs but its hard my mum knows ive buliemia and i have to lock myself in the bathroom when i need to throw up and i am better a its once a day maybe once every other day as i used to be 4-5 times a day my mum is really supportive and my boyfriend aswell ,i want to be able to eat food without the need to throw it up my questiobn is is there anyone who has recovered from buliemia and has any tips ill prob find out this when i go to my pscatrist next month but id like to no facts before i go i guess thanks
