Aaahhhh... small sigh of relief. Since the McDonalds incident earlier. My daughter has decided she would like McDonalds for dinner. Which therefore means I can have a home made fruit salad, seeing as how I supposedly had a full meal from McDonalds earlier ( oops white lie, 1/2 a small fry... 124 cal, and 1/2 cheeseburger 150 cal ) So for dinner I will have " Fruit Salad " 1 small apple chopped 50 cal and 5 grapes 17 cal, with the usual *Aquafina* Grand total for the day is going to be 341. And darn it, I will be proud of myself, even though I was TOTALLY WEAK at lunch, I didn't even think about finishing it, and I'm having what I want for dinner, and for the day I'm still under 500 calories. The bright spot of my day GO ME! I CAN DO THIS!! Thanks to you all!
** By the way, if you don't hear from me until Monday it's because I'm barely left alone on the weekends!! So, I may or may not be on. How ever, I'll be back Monday with the full weekends food updates!**
