Don't stress hun, I put on two kilos in the first week after quitting . That's about four lbs (partly water-retention I think, but still....) Mostly I believe it was chocolate-related, but did you know that your metabolism actually slows down a bit when you quit smoking! I read it on one of those quit-smoking government websites. Anyway, a pound is nothing, it's probably not even real weight just a natural fluctuation! Just remember how much fitter you will get now that you're not held back by crappy lungs (I desperately repeat this to myself everyday, lol). I'm very impressed you only binged once, I did it for three consecutive full days , plus it took me another couple of days before I was back on track properly. You're doing great, be proud of yourself hun!
