so... hi.
DIET:
800 calorie limit. but good calories.
lots of fruit, veggies, light on the sugar.


and today is day one! so far i have run 3 miles, and had a bowl of fiber one cereal- 100 cals.

i hope you enjoy reading my journal, i promise to update it every day. Very Happy

Starting Stats:
weight: 118
bust: 32
waist: 26
hips: 32
I have about 2 sizes to lose, maybe one though, im not exactly sure what size i am. i usually go by juniors which there im a three.

and there it is!

Hey, I noticed that the exercise plan is exactly what Im doing in the gym. Also the times and the 3 miles are equal. Does it matter much to what time you do it? Or can you still get the same results?

I dont think it matters what time you do the exercise, as long as you do it.

so far only at 320cals. nothing new as the day is only half way over...

i just ate a ton of popcorn, and i feel like i binged but i didnt Very Happy tis all under 100cals. wooo off to gymnastics then the gym.

DAY TWO!
just went for my 3 mile run Very Happy. i think its getting easier. or harder. we'll see...

i had some grapefruit juice before breakfast, and im drinking dandylion tea right now. grapefruit juice is acidy and dandylion tea is disgusting. LOL. all in the name of thin i suppose. its okay the grossness curbs my appetite. but.. i have to set aside 150 cals for the grapefruit juice, as long as it works i dont mind sacrificing my cals!
fiber one is very good, only 60 cals (er.. if you have half a cup. i usually have 3/4)

alrighty then. i had yogurt and fiber one this morning. like an hour ago but im hungry again. oh well!

eek. pms. major chocolate cravings! i had 5 hershey kisses and a handfull of m&ms Surprised

ill just do 45 minutes of cardio instead of 20 tonite and nothin but salad for the rest of the day!

DAY III

well, after my 1000cal day yesterday (oops) i got up this morning and ran to the gym where i burned 500 cals! plus every night i've been doing 100 squats, 200 stomach exercises, 160 arm things and dancing around. lol. today im gonna keep it 200-300 cals to make up for yesterday. im very very tired. i was swimming alot last night to try to burn off that chocolate. i almost didn't go this morning.. almost. but then i reminded myself this is a challenge and im not going to fail! i know some people read this but dont post, and if you had a question or something just post, im on here alot.

its okay. i like being by myself...


i get it, the more i exercise the more i eat because im so hungry!! but ive been trying to fill up on fruits and salads so i dont binge later from being so hungry. i have also been swimming alot, good excercise. did not stick to 200cals, more like 700. but its still good. im still very tired.

DAY FOUR (only?)

i was so tired this morning, it took forever to wake up. but i dragged myself to the gym and burnt 400 cals. i would have gone to 500 but i just couldn't go any more!
so today, swimming then gymnastics and probly more swimming. i like it because its not too tiring. hehe

oh yes... and dandylion tea is absolutely disgusting. i am never drinking it again. i tried putting sweetener in it and chugging it but ick it is nasty.

I saw that documantery (spelled wrong I guess lol) yesterday on duth television, and GOSH, that was soooo inspiring!! I loved it!
