Personally, when i go to the chinese i try and go low carb - it's pretty much all high in fat so unless you wanna draw attention to your eating i'd go low carb...

Ribs
Duck meat
been&green pepper in black bean (no rice)

Nobody could accuse you of not eating - just eat reaaaallllyy slowly so you'll just have 1 rib, a bit of duck and then yak on about how gorgeous your beef is and get people to try it - bam, lots will be gone from your plate Wink

Thanks a brill idea when i was right on track with restricting i used to make excuses as to why i couldnt go but i cant keep doing that for ever i have some slimming pills that get rid of all the fat you eat so i will take some of them to.

Still dont know if i have lost or not need to get them new scales thing is with my others being broken i dont know what my starting weight is as its different every day occording to my broken scales!

hopfully i might be able to get some over the weekend and on monday can start monitoring how much i loose its a total buzz when you see the numbers on the scales go down

Defo get new scales (preferably digital ones). Mine where about 35 quid and they work out your body fat and hydration etc, they're pretty good. There's nothing worse than not knowing how much you weigh!!

I did so well at the chinese, it was an all you can eat buffet the starter was duck that was the only choice i was like get in i can just say i dont like it! Made a bit of a fuss because there was only one choice so no one would like any thing was up would of papped my self if they said i could of had something else! so got away with that. then i had 2 ribs 2 little mushrooms and 5 bits of beef i used a knife and fork for my ribs so it took ages to eat them after i finished i went straight to the loo and brought most of it back up could only do it once though as someone came in or i probs would of got it all back up. I was smiling at my self and in my head telling my self well done. Going for new scales hubby said i could love this week as he is on late shift and i tell him i had tea before he comes home.

So i just need to go get my scales and stay on track. Got to take kids to football tonight and not looking forward to it as its still pouring of rain here, hope i aint rambled on to much and hope every on is ok

I'm going to be restricting big time and every single thing i eat i am going to post in here so hopefully with me knowing that and will power i will do it. Feeling good today the few vodkas i had over the weekend perked me up.

Hubby called me from work yesterday and said he got mince out so to make me jacket pots with mice gravy and veg, he said he was making it cause i hadnt had anything over the weekend and on Monday. grrrrrr i thought thats because i want to loose weight you looney! i couldnt say any thing so anyway he made it and i ate a little and thought i would of put weight on i knew i was down to 121lbs but didnt want to post it on here wanted to make sure and wait another day before i posted and this morning after eating that tea last night i am still 121lbs i know its not much but at least i am loosing.

wonder if i can eat a meal every so often then fast and loose weight

Hey kells....

You can definitely keep losing by eating a meal with your hubby/family every day....I did that for a good portion of 2007. I would eat little during the day and have a child size portion of the dinner I made for the family. I try to keep the carbs to a minimum for them too, so that means meat/veggies/salad for most dinners. I had to throw in the occasional pasta night, but I would just eat a small serving of meat sauce with cheese and no pasta.
