uh-oh.. Right now im not living with my boyfriend.. not even in the same state.. so i can hide it well. Sigh but ive told hm i fast and i explain it like a doctor..OH its very good for your body! so on. But he doesnt know the ..full story of it. He doesnt know i fast um a lot and he doesnt know what i eat..i know he wont leave because of ana, but its hard to say. I bet he will try to force me to eat and get things i crave the most and say hun eat! sigh..i hope it doesnt come to that.

DAY 9: egads! going to get a latte... this is becoming the morning latte diet, haha . . . this morning: 106! caught up with my lowest weight... nowwww im really motivated Razz I should prob be a little careful tho after this fast cause the thought of one ,JUST ONE, sunflower seed makes me panic:P and the imsomnia has set in:(

Theres this "red mask" Ball?? (they have ballroom dancing and celeb judges, and beautiful costumes and contests @ macy's square in ny....) im tempted to go. too bad my bf wont be here till next month :/

Green Tea Latte hits 470 calories. and 12 grams of bad fat, almost as much as a. McDonald’s Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Even if. you get it with skim milk, ...

DAY 10: whooo... day 10:P 5 more to go!!! Last night was tuff to keep doing... I had the biggest headache ever, and so i guzzled so much water that I could host a school of fish in my stomache lol anyways... made it through the night and got a hot cider for breakfast(tryn to ditch the fatty lattes:( ) weight: 105 Very Happy
(I have about 25 days to reach my goal o.o god i hope i can do it)

DAY 11: 105 still:P
Yesterday I did pretty well... cracked a bit last night and had a mini-tiny swipe at hummus and lol... half a cracker. I guess that's not really cracking, cause i didnt enjoy it:P (get it?! cracking! ) Lately I've been having crazy dreams... about being caught:X eeeeek... anyways, I plan the cider and nothing else today. Sat and Sun are gunna be really hard... Ive been so tired lately.

I decided that when i eat its gunna be a can of french beans... the green kind... its the only thing i dont feel guilty pigging out on... no fat and 60 cals for one can. Fills me up pretty fast too. Not the most tasty, but it beats cabbage or nothing.(this applies for after the 15 days...im trying to plan my soon-to-be binge so i dont ruin everything i worked for:X) And the sad thing is... I plan on starting a fast after this one... one day inbetween... maybe only 7 days, dunno yet. I have a 25 day window :/ maybe ill just continue this one for 25 days?!ppftttt... doubt i can do that.

dammit im so bad at this... i came home and i couldnt take anymore so i decided to eat some raw lettuce and then i sat down .. and 10 mins later i found myself running to the bath room to rid of it and pop some lax's... thats so bad>< I keep beating myself up for such minor slipups... ive been so good about all this, being strict with myself, but i cant control my control... and thats good i guess cause i dont wanna lose all the work ive put into this for the past... um.... 4 months. Ahhhhh... people at work have been noticing the change, even though i dont.. i feel the exact same:( inever got the baggy clothes thing, but i do now Crying

Your doing great keep it up! If people at work see it..and you have baggy clothing! Look how far you've come! Look at your starting weight!

got my teeth whitened this morning, so i cant eat anything with color for 48 hours. and i cant smoke... well... thats harder said than done. Binged on salad anddid the typical yack n'lax. Hope I didnt f it up

DAY 15: 104 Smile got a skim latte... and tryn to last the day. LAST DAY!
However... I think Im just gunna go until I can't anymore. I figure i need to make up two days;)

actually... to be honest, I just wanna hit 100lbs flat. That's really my goal... I thought this fast would get me there... close! but I just want that before i go and get a sandwich and scarf it:P
