I have observed the way javascript and HTML are interlinked!
Before I begin to edit my navpanel, I have a couple of queries
-
Is the javascript necessary, I edit only the HTML version - I have the urge to change the background colour in the javascript navpanel!

When someone join your web ring, he will be requested to add a piece of code into his page.

Webmasters have the choice between two codes. A Javascript code which is short and comptact, and the full HTML code.

Both codes will display the Navigation bar you customized. So when you change the Navigation bar (the colors for example), when your members will insert the Javascript code OR the raw HTML code, this will be YOUR navigation bar which will be displayed.

To customize your navigation bar, simply logon to your Ringmaster account and choose "Edit Ring Navigation Bar". Here you will be able to set the HTML code you want. So you can redo entierely the navigation bar and make almost all you want. Remember to follow the rules for links to be sure your member get their Site ID correctly included into the code.

If you need futher assistance, and have more questions, do not hesitate to reply to this post.
