Hey hun,
I think the best thing for you to do is not ask yourself if you have an ED, but focus on what you could be doing that would help you see your body in a better light. If you learn to love your body, you won't feel that need to stop yourself from eating.
Exercise is, honestly, a wonderful thing. So many people hate it; for me, it's such a release. I go to a tiny hotel gym so there's usually very few people there. Listening to great music while doing cardio or lifting weights always makes me feel really powerful and appreciate my body.
If you want to focus on learning to see your body in a positive light, then start challenging it by running or lifting weights, and as you're doing so, think of what a great "machine" your body is, and how incredible it is.
I hope this helps And congratulations for coming out the other side of depression. You have a lot of courage.
