oh, and also i kno where you're coming from with the whole BMI/celebrity thing. no way are those people underweight, they look good!!!! it's frustrating tho, having these double standards like magazines will say "look at this celebrity's hot new body!!" but when regular ppl lose a lot of weight, it's like sooo concerning. stupid!!!!

hey, good luck girl i do that aswell, if im drinking i just don't eat, i get do much more pleasure from drinking than eating most of the time. Keep going, its hard. when you think about how hard everyone is working on this forum put together, it makes it all worthwhile, especially, when you become skinnier than you enemies =] xxx

drinkin is always the tough part for me too ;( i hate itttt but it will take me less to get drunk now cause im not eating like a pig as always. but i always eat when i drink too!! uggghh so grosss i say just do shots tonite
