Well Smile
I went to see family and friends at the weekend. My bf is doing 3 weeks military service, so it was the first time in ages i went to see them by myself, which was nice.
I'm trying to get on better with my brother, so i stayed at his place on sat night, and not at my parents like i usally do. it was really nice and we enjoyed each others company. plus, the biggest plus i guess (next to the fact of actually being invited to his place) was that he doesn't have his kitchen stocked up with stupid foods. so there was nothing to pick at which was a relief. when i'm at my parents i'm constantly picking, i just can't stop, it like just comes over me!
i did much better than i usually do there so im happy about that. i went out for dinner with my best friend for a chinese last night. but it's weekend and i allow myself weekend treats.
i read about the new york diet by david kirsch and am thinking about doing it. scared about the yo-yo effect though by eating no carbs..
anyone got any experiences with this?
these are the things that are going through my head.
last time i dared to step on scales was sun morning. 53.7 kg. would love to get to 50.

wow, i can't believe i was last on this forum in november..! must be due to the fact that i had so much going on. i've finally got my bachelor's degree and have left uni. because of all the stress of exams and finding a job i guess i didn't spend too much energy on worrying about my figure., especially since in winter you can cover up the fat pretty well. but now summer's on our doorstep and i need to get in shape for the bikini!

my current eating regime consists of being pretty strict during the week and treats at weekends. i'm eating tomatos with canned tuna, cucumber with cottage cheese, apples and bananas and the odd load of almonds. sometimes some other veg. let's see how long i can keep it up.

seeya,
xx
