It's so hard to stay focused. I know what I want, and I know how rewarding it will be. I know I can do it because I have done it before. I lost like 15 lbs in 21 days and that was with out exercising only doing sit ups. Why can't I get back on track????? All I can think of is how I'm making a fool out of myself because I'll never reach my goal..

well... now you have a journal! fill in your successes, wishes, hopes, frustrations... get it all out! babysteps!!! one day at a time. You can do it again- you did it once! Just need to condition your mind:) hang in there! lots of people here who will support yah!
