Hope things are going well for you! As for the diet pill thing, yeah, just stick to one kind at a time. Switch if you notice your body becoming accustomed to one type (usually takes many months, at least) but stick to one kind at a time.
We have the same goal weight (130lbs) although I'm much heavier right now (thanks to some heavy duty, no pun intended, emotional eating).
I'll keep checking your journal to see your progress...feel free to check mine too (Shrinking Me) because I post quite often to stay sane...not just journally stuff, but if I find good websites or info or whatever.
