So ladies....here is the beginning. I am going to post often....whenever I have an urge....im going to look a your journals and post in mine...
We can do this!

So I started MY fast TODAY.....
Well actually about 6 hours ago...
And Im drinking Iced tea...
just to ween me off a bit... So I dont relapse...
I took 1 stacker 3 diet pill.....we shall see about that...
I also have hydroxycut hardcore, which one is better? Ladies? Ill take your guy's suggestions over anyones! I am also going to take a green tea pill, or I may just make a BUNCH of green tea and put it in a gallon jug and put it in the fridge, I used to drink 1 gallon a day and I found that it not only relaxed me, got rid of my headaches ect. But I lost weight and my complexion got SOOO much better!
So I sit here right now with cola sitting right in front of me, and its not diet.
110 calories per 8 ounces?
Well excuse me ladies, Im gonna go POUR this down the drain...
Consider it MY OFFICIAL START of my losing weight.
Wow...im shaking thinking of how good I could feel!

That is an eye opening experience....I felt like I was doing something WRONG by pouring it down the drain!
Maybe THATS why i gained so much weight!
But now I feel like I can do ANYTHING. I just need to make sure I dont get such a bad headache, because then I become a bitch and I end up quitting.
Advil.
I can do it! I REALLY can!
At times I wish i was still on Amphetamine...
Well my sister has to get on now....I will write again if I feel the urge...

I wrote the other entry about 3 hours-ish ago.
Since then I have been gulping tea and ice water.
I also took my ADD meds. Neutral
So all together I think I may have way too much caffeine in my system.
1 Stacker 3 diet pill.
1 hydroxycut hardcore diet pill (normally I should be taking 3)
1 green tea pill
28mg of Concerta.

Too much.
Im cutting out one of the diet pills.
Which one ladies?
Please answer!
But yes....shaking is no good. Im making myself feel useful and cleaning to get my mind off the annoying stomache pain.
I found that it isnt so much a hunger pain, because when you dont eat, you have trapt "burps" that sit in your stomache (makes it feel like I ate a lemon) you just have to try to get them out....it will feel like your gonna hurl...but just burp.
And you get gas Embarassed
sorry for sharing....but im trying to help others as well.
And if the stomache still feels shitty after trying to burp, then take a few drinks of a drink (DIET!) through a straw (so you wont have to burp more)
I have found that any kind of soda makes my stomache go crazy.
So no soda for me.
Just ARIZONA ICE TEA
and Ice water.
I wish someone would talk to me.....dont make me feel so alone...
Trust me I may be in my fat/akward state in life.
But I still need support Sad
I need to not take that many diet pills....its not good on your heart (especially with the concerta) so now I know...
Test and trial! (within reason) Im not gonna go out and take all my diet pills just to test.
Remember not to be stupid about it!

Im going to take this experience and say NOT to mix diet pills, I know some of you are like "WTF? Thats a no no!"
That is why it is NOW a no no.
I am blasting music (the songs that GET you) right now to keep me motivated!

I have to JUST get over these next few days....then it will get WAY easier.
I remember last time I did this (VERY successful -25lbs!) It was JUST the first few days....expect your head to hurt like hell....to BE bitchy...and to ache. But after that if you try to eat, your stomache has shrunk so much that if I TRIED to eat even a slice of bread, I wanted to puke.
BUT however, im not only gonna LOSE the weight, Im going to weight train.
So ladies....
Other than my heart racing....Im hangin in there.
When I start losing a little more weight i will post pics of myself and my progress...

Well its been since about 3 AM this morning....
and I have learned that taking alll those things SUCKS! Your heart races like hell. For now on ill stick to the directions. I know. Stupid.
Im not coming down from all the "highs" I was on...thank god...that sucked.
Anyways.....DRINK LOTS OF FLUIDS!
You dont want to pass out!!!!!!!!
Im dizzy, but mainly because I got NO sleep whatsoever last night.
Im gonna drink a good amount of water, Take a vitamin. and hit the sack.
I think....well I hope.
I worked my ASS off today!
Only thing I could do to keep my mind off lounging and eating was to CLEAN!
And remove a 25 year old oven from my moms house (400lbs)
yikes.
It has helped keep my mind off everything. And everytime I get an urge, I drink a LOT of water or iced tea. But after this, your stomache will hurt and you will feel like puking, because of all the air bubbles...so try to burp....feels so much better!
I have also learned a trick.
If you REALLY have an urge....go out to a friends house....or just GET FAR AWAY from your home and leave your walet.
Helps with keeping your mind off needing food.
You will get a HUGE headache....I know...it sucks....BUT just like just TAKE my advice....get away from the comfort of your OWN kitchen and having WHAT you want.
Im to shy to ask friend for food.
And if they want to go get some/eat some....then leave!
Just these first few days and our tummys will shrink and you will find yourself without pains in them.
Avoid tomato soup. Last time I did this I decided it would be fine.
Tomato soup has acids in it....so I got sick.
If you can mentally get by it...then we can do this!
Just the first few days!
(Im trying to not leave any advice out)
Lets see....
Dont forget to drink ALOT of water. This is the most serious thing.
Dehydration will make this MISERABLE.
Just drink alot of water to the point you feel bloated. (its all water weight)
That helps a bit.
But I have learned to do it through a straw....the damn bubbles are the onlything bugging me!!!!!!!
I have tried not to do soda as well.
(diet soda that is)
Diet soda has [basically] carbonated soda and sodium [salt] salt makes you retain water. And if you retain water and dont see changes on the scale...then that doesnt help your confidence in this!!!!!!!!!
Try Arizona Iced tea (with ginseng) for the first few days with me.....
If people can do fasts for 28 days....we can SURE as hell do it!
Just remember...
Everything in life is PURELY mental.
When we talk on messanger I will explain.
After a few days it will get easier.
I have found that you have to do this ALL together.
I dont have enough discipline to slowly go down with food.
Last few times I tried this, this was my mistake. I ate a little salad...
Then I wanted more.
Trust me...its ALL psycological!

Ladies...Im gonna do some thinking on the diet pills.
Because they DO cause heart issues.
And losing weight so quick causes a hightened heart rate.
Hence my experience today.
So....
Let me do research....
and get back to you all....
For now..
I am ANTI-diet pill!

was just reading how many diet pills you consume each day.. whoa quite alot! id seriously think about cutting back to just one variety purely because most diet pills operate on the basis that you are meant to take them before food, so they can burn the clas you eat, but if your not eating nething there hardly seems andy point! also, depending on the type, you can suffer constipation or the reverse for that matter.. if you chose the one which is mean to be the best appetitie supressor i would stick with that one for the time being..
ps im also on a liquid diet and am struggling slightly so if you wana add me to msn feel free!

Yeah ladies... No diet pills!!!



When you are in the process of dropping weight so quickly....your heart rate goes up anyhow. So to add diet pills WHAT-SO-EVER...speeds that up. You can have cardiac arrythmia (sp?) So NO DIET PILLS.
I dont want you ladies to die!
Dont listen from my mistake....I honestly couldve died eairlier.

Hiya,

Hope things are going well for you! As for the diet pill thing, yeah, just stick to one kind at a time. Switch if you notice your body becoming accustomed to one type (usually takes many months, at least) but stick to one kind at a time.

We have the same goal weight (130lbs) although I'm much heavier right now (thanks to some heavy duty, no pun intended, emotional eating).

I'll keep checking your journal to see your progress...feel free to check mine too (Shrinking Me) because I post quite often to stay sane...not just journally stuff, but if I find good websites or info or whatever.

NO. Ladies.
NOOOOO DIET PILLS.
I had the WORST first day EVER!
Imagine not being able to catch your breath the whole day.
I know. I shouldve gotten checked out. But instead I had my sister at my side to keep an eye on me.
Let me tell you.
THIS DAY SUCKED!
Take my word. PLEASE.
NO diet pills.
Really.
I am NOW against them while fasting.
Actually I am now just gonna stick with ONLY water and light juices... NO PILLS WHAT SO EVER.
My heart is still racing.
And plus....MOST of you ladies are MUCH smaller than me.
I was on the verge of going to the hospital.
If any of you ladies did it I GUARENTEE you wouldve went into cardiac arrest.
I know. It was stupid. DONT DO IT.
I wasnt thinking when I did it.
If I hadnt taken them then my first day would have been a breeze.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO!

how about the caffeine? did you drink much of that?
(might even be in your ice tea!)

that could also help your heart rate.

Diet pills only work if you eat, they do not burn off what is already stored in your body, I'm afraid.

By the way, looks like I got around the same stats, want a buddy?
I'm not fasting yet though, I'm just starting to shrink my stomach, to make it easier.
Will start a detox thing next week though, which is almost fasting anyway.

DAMNIT! Yes, I cheated....alot...
I still have the lost weight, but however I am bummed.
Im going to start again today, I have alot of things to do in the next few days and I will not be at home or around food really....
