Do I have COE?

Well i used to eat fine until 3 years ago i went on a diet, although i wasn't overweight, i lost quite alot of a weight in a short period of time. ever since then i have binged, i will sit in front of the tv and eat until i feel ill, then i get this guilt and i feel like i have to do something about it. I have an allergy to milk, and if i consume alot of it i get chronic diarhea. when i'm depressed i get so low that i eat excessively and find my self drinking pints of milk. At other times i fast for a week or two but then i end up binging again. For a couple of months i have tried making myself sick but being unsucessful i ended up eating more until the other week i managed it, although it wasn't pleasant it was much better than milk. I'm not sure weather or not i have COE but if so how do i change i have tried so many times.
