Constance, you are doing AMAZING!!!!
I loved the way you tracked your days and calories, so I started doing it too. It really makes a difference when you know that you will have to record everything for all to see...
I also loved how you spoke about your feelings on restricting. I feel exactly the same way. My body seems to function better and I still lose weight! I have lost 3 pounds on my five days of my "new restricting program". Had two middle of the night binges though, so I'm sure it could have been better. Oh well, it CAN be better....starting TODAY!!
I also liked how you wrote about the people posting with such self-hatred and self-loathing. I am in counseling for Bi-Polar so I am very familiar with those feelings. But I am trying to change my thinking and have a more positive outlook on life, so I try not to say much derogatory stuff about myself. When you write it, you begin to believe it. The more positive things I write, the better I feel about myself and my self-image.
