Just so you all know,
Raw big white mushrooms, the ones you can buy in your grocery produce aisle. the cheap ones that cost like 2 bucks for a small box are only 5 calories each for the big ones, and 3 calories each for medium sized ones.
before you tuen your nose up at this info, trust me when i say that once you rinse them off with some water and pull out the center, add a dallop of deli mustard or salad dressong or vinegar in the center and pop it in your mouth,after about 5 of these treats you will begin to feel full.
It will stop you from pigging out on peanut butter, a loaf of bread, a greasy piece of chicken or whatever, and you'll only have eaten about 25 calories.
If you dont like mushrooms at all, (but i swear they taste fab with a drop of mustard or french dressing) try some chicken broth, just boil some water and add 2 or 3 cubes of chicken buillon. the whole thing is like 15 calories and i went ahead and poured into a thermos and brought it to work with me and have been drinking it all evening.
Yes im still hungry but i made such prgress so far and im not willing to give up tonight, i wanna see this thru saturday, when i will eat a NORMAL MEAL.
