Just so you all know,

Raw big white mushrooms, the ones you can buy in your grocery produce aisle. the cheap ones that cost like 2 bucks for a small box are only 5 calories each for the big ones, and 3 calories each for medium sized ones.

before you tuen your nose up at this info, trust me when i say that once you rinse them off with some water and pull out the center, add a dallop of deli mustard or salad dressong or vinegar in the center and pop it in your mouth,after about 5 of these treats you will begin to feel full.

It will stop you from pigging out on peanut butter, a loaf of bread, a greasy piece of chicken or whatever, and you'll only have eaten about 25 calories.

If you dont like mushrooms at all, (but i swear they taste fab with a drop of mustard or french dressing) try some chicken broth, just boil some water and add 2 or 3 cubes of chicken buillon. the whole thing is like 15 calories and i went ahead and poured into a thermos and brought it to work with me and have been drinking it all evening.

Yes im still hungry but i made such prgress so far and im not willing to give up tonight, i wanna see this thru saturday, when i will eat a NORMAL MEAL.

good luck girls and if you know of any small extremely simple snack with ultra low calories, PLEASE SHARE THEM!

Today is the 4th day of ultra low calories. yetserday i had less than 75 calories all day long, BUT I drank like a ton of the chicken buillon! Bad Idea!!! It hasnt left my body yet! i lost 4 pounds and have retained that same amount since drinking that broth!

Its the extremely high sodium content thats fucking things up, so know that I need to drink a ton of water today to get back down to my lower weight.

It would be normal fat weight if i had eaten 14,000 calories, but i had less than 75 calories yesterday,,,,damned salt! anyhoo, im drink like 2 gallons here at work and am dtermined to get back to my pre soup weight by tomorrow afternoon......it was yummy, but the sodium makes me so angry! BEWARE OF THE SALT MONSTER! WHEN YOU EAT BUILLON IT WILL MAKE YOU RETAIN EVERY DROP YOU DRANK FOR AFEW DAYS! ARRRGH!

today i have:

1 nectarine: 60 cals
Coffee:30 cals
I have 3 pieces of celery left :0 cals......
wish me luck.....

Don't let it get you down. I retain water like CRAZY!!! I take a diuretic every day for my BP, but if I eat too much salt, I swell up like a toad! Razz

your doing it pretty sensibly... the whole 6/1 seems like a good idea.
LOL @ the chicken broth... the word broth puts me off. (i retain water too.. i look 5 months pregnant today)

I hate going to the in-laws too... why oh why do i eat so much while im there... shes a feeder im sure!

Wow...Constance, you are doing fabulous! I can't restrict very well, because once I start eating, I want to keep on eating!! You seem to have great self-control. I'm on a water/juice fast now and actually it's easier to me than restricting. I don't even get to think about food because it's not an option. Anyways, WAY TO GO GIRL!!! Very Happy
