I know many of you here are gals, but I just wanted to show you Christian Bale in 'The Machinist".
It's a great insperation that a person without ana could lose that much weight by fasting.

PS - The movie is great too.

Those articles are really quite interesting, particularly the parts with Christian Bale saying that he felt serene and calm during his fasting.

From the articles I gather that he was drinking black coffee and an apple a day usually, but do you know how long it took him to lose those 60 pounds?

And I agree, The Machinist is a fascinating movie

*edited to add* > I found out on wikipedia . Apparently he lost around 63 pounds in just over 4 months.

I guess he was experiencing the feeling of control you get from fasting.

I know, i'm obsessed w/ tht movie, i've watched it so many times, and for some reason, i think he looks better at his weight in the movie than he does in like Batman.
