I need help i really really do but i dunno who to turn to? i dont want to go to my gp what other options do i have? I could do with talking to someone in a similar possition. message me if ur interested?

i feel the same way too. mine is getting worse. bingeing 4 times s day and purgeing 3 times a day. i wouldnt think tht there is any other option than to go to your GP. remember everything is confidental.

thanks for ur reply. i think im gunna have to go to the dr. The thing is i really dnt wanna im so embarassed. I wish there was a way to do this on my own or with some one in a similar possition. Recently ive been binging with out purging, Whats that all about? I mean what exactly do i say to the doctor? 'i think i might have had an eating disorder for the past 8 years and everything else that ive ever come to u for was probably the result of it' I feel like a loser and to be honest no one seems prepared to even give m advice. Thanks for ur help i wish more ppl were like u. I hope u start gettin well soon too. I undrstand how hard it is xx

i went to see a cognitive behavioural therapist and she was absolutely brilliant, i still don't have a normal relationship with food but going to see her was a huuuge help.
