Hello!

I'm new here and I want to loose weight, because I think I am tooooo fat!! Mad
I want to loose at about 7 kg (15 lbs - I think so, I guess I do convert proberly)!
I'm 1,66 m (5'4'') tall and at the moment my weight is 57 kg (125 lbs) Crying or Very sad , I want to go to 48 (105 lbs) or something about this.
I want to use this diary for writing down what I ate all the day.
I'm German, so I am sorry for my strange English Smile

Okay ... today I had about 265 calories and drank 3,5 liters of water! For me that's really good, but now I have such a belly ache ... I guess it's better not to eat anything Mad
Oh and I want to say, I really like the pictures I find here on the side. It really "thinspires" me Very Happy

The last two days were definitely the worst I had the recent weeks! I ate that much ... pizza, coke, chocolate! I even took some laxative but it didn't work Thinking I think the weekend is always bad for me, because it's a hard time when my boyfriend is with me and he's eatin normal.
So I will try to fast as good as I can ...

Today I will start a vegetable-fruits-sport-diet!! My weekend was that horrible!
I made myself a list of forbidden and allowed food! This week (and the following) I try to live on this list! I'm so depressed, even more when I watch the pictures here on this side!!
My whole life is centered on eating or more precisely not eating!!

Okay ...

its 4:24 pm and until now I only had an apple and a tomato soup.
When I come home in a few minutes I will make some vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms and tomato sauce) with some chicken meat, it makes full and it has low cals!!
Yesteday was also good, I only had 300 cals and I had my step-aerobic lesson for 60 minutes!!! Very Happy


5:50 pm:
300 g zucchini (57 cal)
150 g carrots (30 cal)
200 g tomatos (44 cal)
chicken meat (100 cal)
2 slices of crispbread (70 cal)
2 tsp of cottage cheese (10 cal)

So it was: 537 cals Very Happy

thx for your support ... I really try to keep up ... it's so hard Sad

Today I had
1 apple (76 cal)
stew my mum made (700 cal) Surprised
1 glas of coke (130 cal)
200 g of iceberg lettuce (30 cal)
1 slice of ham (40 cal)

Sum: 976 cal
and I was swimming for 30 minutes (-300 kcal)

TOTAL: 676 cal!

Okay, it's more than I ate the last few days but it's okay. Now I have to ride the evening out Praying

Hi everybody!


How are you all? I'm doing fine today Very Happy
I am so full ... but only with 500 cal till now Cool

In the morning I had
an apple (76 cal)

for lunch I had
a tomato soup (150 cal)
1 slice of bread (123 cal)
2 slices of salami (140 cal) it was soo delicious Very Happy


Actually I don't want to eat anything else today, but when I'm hungry tonight I will eat a slice of crispbread!
Although I am writing down my weight here since a few days I have lost nearly 3 kg (6,6 pounds) since the beginning of January. Of course that's not that much but I started dieting and stopped and started ... and so on. Since 2 weeks I am really more disciplined and I hope there won't be any ups and downs the next weeks/months like I had it the recent months Sad

yes of corse ... slice of crispbread!!! I had:
chocolate, lots of sandwiches with sausage!

Oh well ... I will do better today, it's so annoying!!

I hope today will be better, but it will be hart, because it's weekend and I don't have anything planed for tonight and will be home alone. I think the best thing will be watching some pictures here.
I also want to go for a swim this evening ... and want to take some laxative and yesterday I bought some pills for dewatering (I hope it's the right english word for it Embarassed ) I hope they will bring any success Waiting

Hey ana,

good to find another german person on the forum...my english isnt that good, but I try. I know these ups and downs as most of us in this forum. What helps me sometimes is to think how nice and flat my belly will feel the next day if I DONT EAT today.
Have a very good weekend, I wish you all the discipline you need to keep going.

Ana7684,

It is hard to stick to a dietary plan completely, especially if you live at home (I'm single so it's not to hard for me to keep temptation out of the house.) Your overall meal plans sound healthy and nutritious, and even when you eat something off plan, you are still eating far less than a "normal person" would. Anyways, don't get down on yourself for one or two slips. If you really feel guilty, you can always purge the extra calories off through exercise. That's what works best for me anyways... Smile
