It is hard to stick to a dietary plan completely, especially if you live at home (I'm single so it's not to hard for me to keep temptation out of the house.) Your overall meal plans sound healthy and nutritious, and even when you eat something off plan, you are still eating far less than a "normal person" would. Anyways, don't get down on yourself for one or two slips. If you really feel guilty, you can always purge the extra calories off through exercise. That's what works best for me anyways...
