Alice...Reluctantly returning

Hey!

Well my weight was down to 9stone1 again, which I guess is something. I am on my period at the moment, so I'm hoping some of the ballooning is down to retained water, though I realise that might just be wishful thinking...

I've had to much today, I think :S Mostly fruit, but 2 hot cross buns and some cheese/quorn as well, argh!!!! But I told my mum I felt really sick and I look like hell from not sleeping, so she fell for it and now I don't have to eat tea I'll be off to dancing soon, thank god, so I can feel like some of the weight is coming off me.

I'm going too tell you guys my plans now so hopefully I'll feel I owe it to you to stick to them and won't overeat - THANK YOU!! I'm going to have coffee or tea if I need it in the morning, but no food and then have a main meal of some sort (maybe rice, a hard-boiled egg and salad?) when I get home from school at around 2. Then I'll probably be able to skip tea as I have dancing, maybe teaching and rehearsals, yay!

I know I can do this...I have to.
