I am having a bingeing problem. I have bought Diet Aid pills for now, and am saving up to buy Zotrim. It's amazing to see how much my lunch money will amount to. Hopefully I'll be getting Zotrim very soon, and it'll help.
Right, so I can't weigh myself right now. That's convenient. Well, I'll just have to write down my weight stats when I can weigh myself. Which will hopefully be tomorrow.
Height: 5ft 3in
Weight: Obese. No, really.
UGW (if I am foolish enough to believe that I would stop there): 120 lbs.
It might seem big to some of you on here, but I am probs in the 190s thanks to COE so it would be a big thing for me.
Anyway, I'll update tomorrow.

Feeling like fucking shit. Just hope the scales don't go up. Am 186lbs, or 13st 3lbs. Or I was this morning. I'd better not have gained. Will hopefully be getting Zotrim tomorrow, but cannot be sure.

Yesterday I went up to 13st 6lbs, or 189lbs yesterday. Am now 187, and hopefully I will continue to lose and not gain from now own.

D-jubblies, 4 or 6 cals, diet coke 3 cals, smoothie, god knows, probs about 150 cals.
T: about 161cals
I need to have something to
1. Stop me binging and
2. Keep my parents from getting suspicious. I'm gonna tell thejm that my stomach feels funny, and I only want a smoothie, hopefully they'll accept that.
Please let me achieve 180lbs soon, thats my first goal weight!
Have now got Zotrim and Superdrug Diet Aid, so I hope they'll help.

someone on the board posted a thing about leaving empty bags of stuff ( and putting what was in it) down the disposal to keep their parents thinking they were eating,and then they'd say something like "I ate so much earlier, I'm still stuffed."

It's worth a shot to keep your parents off the scent. I wouldn't recommend putting stuff in the trash where they'd find it, so if you don't have a disposal, get it out of the house, to a dumpster somewhere.

Fucking parents found my diet pills. I have hidden them, but they are threatening to take me back to the psychiatrist. They must have been rifling through my bag pretty deep to find them, and I told them they weren't allowed to go through my stuff anyway! It's a child right, for gods sake.

I believe we are in the same boat. I'm rocking up there at 190. Also my parents look in my bag quite alot, well they seem to find my cigarettes 'accidentally'. You seem to be doing great hun! So do the pills and stuff work/ how do they work? xxx

The superdrug diet aid is shit, but Zotrim is really good, I've dropped 2lbs a day since I've started taking them(only 2 days, but still, 2lbs a day).
I had to save up my lunch money for a while to get them though.

It depends-do you live in the UK? Because if you do, they are £11-£12
and you can buy them at Superdrug. If not, try eBay. They'll have some, I'm sure.
