I know why female metabolism is slower and all, but couldn't that just be if you start wanting to have kids?

Nah I think it depends more in genetics.

All the women in my family are built the same.

Same legs, same pouch in the belly everything.

My sister managed to lose a lot of weight and keep it off after having her kids but she was doing the veggie thing and come to think of it now I dont know if it was something else. Ana/Mia/Ed-Nos, but I wouldnt be at all surprised because issues run in my family starting right up with my mom through all of my siblings. Supposedly Im the normal one *chuckle*

Anyway, Im terrified.

Yesterday I had one cup of coffee and water.

I havent even been able to look at food.

The mere thought of not losing the stupid lbs scares me.

The thought of plateauing scares me and truth be told I dont know what Im going to do when I plataeu. Its bound to happen I suppose.

I know I shouldnt be fasting for so long, but I cant seem to help it. Just seems so much easier.

you are at day what now?
maybe you should start with adding broth or something totally light like that?
You cannot fast forever, you will plateau for sure. Although, there are ways to break a plateau, it's better to prevent that now.

If you start with adding 100 cal/week, untill you are at 5/600, then go back restricting, you should be ok.
and 100 cal is not eating much, a bowl of joghurt will give you that.

Day 11.

Should I just give in and break it today?

Ive been at my best friend's house now since Saturday and he is bugging me to eat something since he hasnt seen me eat anything since Ive been here.

Shoes are very, very good! They're my favourite thing to but ever! I think it's kind of like in "In Her Shoes"... they always fit!

Also, about your fast.. I read somewhere you should break a fast by eating fruit and stuff to beging with, you should avoid carbs and protine (especially protine cos it'll make you feel crap) for the first few days.. so you get used to eating again and speed your motabolism back up.. just something to think about! Smile

Ok, bare with me here.

Ive decided to break my fast.

Im going to eat some chicken.

The headaches is just too unbearable.

I figure I will give myself some calories for a few days and continue with my fast again as of Sunday. Capiche?

I wish there was a stupid scale in this house so I could atleast weigh myself.

Oh wow. I had to shut the laptop closed after reading that. I started laughing so hard he looked over and I didnt want him to see what I was reading.

Anyway. I purged.

*sigh*

I was doing so well.

Anyway Im not going to beat myself up over it.

I just couldnt stand the thought of my body absorbing the calories.

Well, thank goodness for mouthwash.
I nearly used some hand sanitizer without noticing.

Lesson: Reading is fundamental.
