Ok, so after long thinking i decided to start up my own journal, mainly becouse i'm slipping into dangerous waters if i don't do anything soon Sad I don't know how often i'm able to write here becouse i don't have internet connection (or computer) at my own flat, but i do have a wap application on my phone, but i don't know how good that'll works...Anyway, i should be able to keep this journal up at least once a week or so.

Some stats and goals to here now:

Hight 1,68 m (that's what 5'5"-5'6"?)
Weight 52,7 kg (115,94lbs)
First goal to my normal 50 kg (110lbs)
Second goal 48 kg (105,6lbs)
and UG 45 kg (99lbs)

So far today i've had:

A kiwi fruit
A banana
Some unflavored joghurt
Biscuits
and water

I really cannot do much calorie count now, so i just make sure i don't eat too big portions and only eat couple of times a day. And start my at least 1 hour exercise routine. Luckily i do have quite physical job at least.

I have long time since i need to be at my goal weights, that's about 3 months, so i'm quite optimistic about this Smile But my problem has been the night eating. I get off from work at 10 pm, and i'm usually home after 11 pm, and that's the time i'm usually hungry becouse i don't eat anything at work (working time is 5 hours). So somehow i need to stop this! Right now i don't really have any extra money to spend on food Razz , and i still have a lot of fruits and vegs to use, so i'll think i'll manage with them for the rest of the week, at least.

But on weekends i don't look so much what i'm eating becouse i usually see my boyfriend that time. And it's good to have "normal eating" sometimes to keep the metabolism going on, i have noticed Smile

So this is for the start, and i'm trying to make my phone work so i could do daily updates Smile

My period today. (I have to write the message by splits, argh).
Anyways so yeah i've been a real water balloon for the few last days, and that's why my weight have been higher.
Im still sticking to small amounts of food today, and hope to see it work Smile

Oh for ---- ! Well it didn't work with the phone as i imagined. It didn't show the first part of my msg. Anyway the main idea of the part was that my weight had dropped over one kilo, to 51,6 kg (113,52) yay! Laughing

Yesterday i had a mini binge, i ate chocolite and candy, overall 800 cals. I thought not to eat anything else after that, BUT after work i went to over my friend's and i ate there. This morning i was afraid to jump on the scale, i was sure i had gain, but the numbers were down for 300 g, 51,3 kg (112,86). And i had eaten loads more than 1000 cals, i think about 1500 cals.

Today i haven't eaten anything, and not going to. I'm going to a club round this evening, so i will just be drinking. And tomorrow i will meet my friend and we're going to eat some pizza or something, but will'll see what my numbers are on Monday Smile

Ugh, i hate that i cannot write here more often than maybe once a week Sad I'm always reading everyone else's journals with my phone, but i cannot do any decent writing with it Mad

Anyways, i've been doing quite okay considering that i have had some candy and other unhealthy stuff once in a while. I still have lost, i'm qurrently at 50,6 kgs. I hoped to reach my 1st goal by today, becouse i might see my boy on weekend, not sure yet cos i'm coming down with flu Sad I just miss him so much, and want to look good after not seeing him for two weeks.

I think that i will loose the 600g for tomorrow, becouse of the all drinking yesterday and today i have not eaten pretty much anything yet, it's 3pm here now. My stomach is all messed up, and everything seems to go right trough, i went to the toilet 4-5 times before it was even 1 o'clock! (gross i know, sorry Embarassed ) Aah, i put something to my stomach and it's hurting, and i have to go to work about in an hour Sad But i can handle it, i've been at work in much worse condition.
