Nicky you are totally right. I'm going to have to start bringing in stuff from home, if I plan on eating anything at work. 45 minutes left in my day, then I have to drive home, collect the cell phone box, and accessories and reciept, and then drive it out to the store FOR THE 3RD DAY IN A ROW MIND YOU... to get them to replace my phone. First the internet wasn't working (which means half the phone's features wouldn't work) now the phone won't let me make outgoing or recieve incoming calls . Now keep in mynd here that A) this particular phone is only 3 days old (Sunday afternoon I got it) and B) I've been on the phone with Sprint 3 seperate times no answer to the issue (it was after I talked to them that all of a sudden I couldn't make phone calls) and last but not least C) I called the store earlier... they've already told me they have a 30 day return policy.... I told them I would be bringing the phone in to exchange it for a new one, and the person I talked to said
AND I QUOTE
..." Well if the phone isn't working properly replacing it isn't going to help the problem, but I guess we could exchange it for you if that's what you really want" ....
Now, WTF !!! If the phone isn't working properly and it's the phone and not the system then gee REPLACING THE DARN PHONE IS EXACTLY THE SOLUTION obviously if it's only 3 days old, and I've been on the phone with them twice and in the store 4 times in 3 days AND THEY STILL CAN'T FIX IT, then just give me a new phone because OBVIOUSLY if I've tried EVERYTHING they've told me to do, and it still isn't righ t IT'S THE DARN PHONE. So, in the store for the 4th time I go tonight, they will give me a new phone. I'm freaking paying for a phone that doesn't work. I need luck right now. I'll be lucky if I don't tear someone's head off tonight.
Have a *Skinny* Night, more tomorrow morning.
