Thanks ladies I try to only have half or a quarter of a bagel.... too much bread, veggies, fruit, stress, spaghetti sauce, salad.... it's easier to say that EVERYTHING messes with my stomach to a certain extent. That's why I try to only eat small amounts, sometimes REALLY small amounts. As in 2 bites of this and 1 bite of that with 3 bites of something else. Lately it's been bad, but I'm losing weight SLOWLY but I'm going in the right direction. I don't eat any 1 particular brand of bagel, usually I just have 75 or 100 cal worth of bagel. A half or a quarter. I'm still working, for another 3 hours ugh. Tired, stressed out because my wedding planner is a mess... fortunately future hubby and I aren't a mess, we were for a minute. Not hungry today, just bored. Lunch was a fruit cup, 75 calories according to calorieking. Sometimes fasting messes with me, that's how I became the Liquid Queen, because soup and tea help my stomach, so i eat a ton of that stuff Will see how dinner goes Not sure yet.
