Back to work.. I'm ok with that this morning. The scale is stuck at 153. I'll get to 150 by the end of the week for sure. FH came come last night and woke me up. I asked that he not because I had taken a sleeping pill. Being woken up didn't go over so well. Now I'm really really tired, but I'll be fine. FH is at home this morning, I got up late, so there was no time for breakfast. *Aquafina* is my breakfast this morning. That's a good thing definately. Hopefully today will go well. FH will leave again after 12:00pm. That's his 10 hour break. So, by the time I get home he'll be gone. Very Happy No dinner for me. If I do it'll be some rice or soup or something like that. Nothing big by any means. Back to work. *Skinny* Morning to you all! Love

Tired, bored... and just had 1oz of Asiago Cheese bagel. I have to stop that. It's becoming a regular thing at the office. The worst part about it is that I had a Hoodia, I wasn't even hungry for it. I ate it because I'm stuck at my desk, tired, and bored. I need another day trip out of the office, but I don't get those every day. I could only wish for that. That would be to perfect. I should probably get back to this pile of sold car folders.

Just got back from the grocery store. Actually it went well. *Aquafina* Citrus, Diet Pepsi Jazz, Rice Puff cereal (I'm telling you, if you buy the generic stuff it's less than a dollar a bag). Bonus, Rice Puff cereal is 50 calories dry, 100 with skim milk. Totally worth a look. 3 things of Sugar Free Jello, and a 12 pack of 60 calorie Sugar Free "Chocolate Mint" pudding. Got some sugar free cool whip, and yes I bought 2 bags of soup. Vegetable soup, Cup of Soup, Wonton soup, Chicken and Stars soup, broth all kinds of soup lol... 2 bags of it. I need to start living up to my reputation as the soup queen. When I was the Soup Queen I got down to like 134. Which is exactly what I need right now.FH is gone again, probably until Friday, then he'll leave again Sunday morning. Very Happy
I've got all this water and low calorie food, now I'm not sure what or even if I want to eat. I hate it when that happens.

Calorie count for the day still at 175. Maybe Jello and cereal? I'll figure it out. I'm around! *Skinny* Evening to you all! Love

Finally figured out dinner. Smile

Puffed Rice cereal 100 calories
Sugar Free Pudding 60 calories

Total for the day, 365. I'm almost proud of myself.

FH is gone again. He probably won't be back until Friday afternoon. That's fine with me. I get to do what I want, and eat when I want (or don't have to eat if I don't want to), work as much as I want, and sleep uninterrupted. FANTASTIC I tell you! Very Happy Don't get me wrong here, eventually I'll miss him, but he leaves for about a day and a half and then comes back home. He's not gone enough yet for me to make any real progress Crying or Very sad . Soon I tell you, very soon Laughing Very Happy Exclamation I WILL HAVE PROGRESS BY FRIDAY!! Evil or Very Mad Laughing

Nicky, thanks for the encouragement Very Happy

TA DA Exclamation Weight this morning 152.0 Dancing

I might have some Puffed Rice before work, hopefully to fight off that EVERY MORNING bagel kick that the office is on. Maybe just Pepsi Jazz though Very Happy FH is stuck somewhere on the otherside of the state waiting for a load. He'll be gone until Friday Sad Smile I still have my mixed emotions about him being gone. Whatever. I'm off to get ready for another trip back to the office. 19 hours in 2 days after today. Hell I think that's bad... one of my good friends worked 81 hours in 5 days last wook Surprised Money = Great, but I'm not sure I could go quite that far lol.

*Skinny* Vibes today!!

OMG! So my boss just comes into my office. He tells me that the windshield in his Trail Blazer SS is coming out. It's being replaced BUT the car has to be dry. So, he asks me to put his SS in the garage out back. Uuummm sure I can do that. The catch to this whole story is that here in the mitten state it's down pouring rain right now. I'm soaked, my hair is soaked (if I get the chance to leave the office, I'll go home and fix it). My flip flops are squishy, my pant legs are wet. I'm a mess right now. No bagels this morning though Very Happy So, I need to dry out, and attempt to put my hair in some kind of order (I don't have enough hair to pull it back, I just hope it doesn't go to crazy on me. Story of my freaking morning! Surprised

Hope you're all dried out now! I love the rain as long as I don't have anywhere I need to be dry for, like work. This week is going to be super awesome for you with all your soup. I can't wait to see what the scales say on friday! Just stay strong. With FH gone I'm sure you'll have no problem!

Hope the rest of your day goes well

Mmmm, there's this great specialty deli down the road from my work. All I can say is..

RICE WITH TOMATO AND BASIL... 50 calories I'M LOVINg IT!

Even brighter news, FH will still be gone tonight, probably until Friday, even then he's afraid they'll screw him and keep him out longer. He's upset, my daughter's birthday is Friday. The world won't stop if he's working, we need the money. I don't think it's sunk in for him that a) I'm keeping my apartment because I really don't like to stay at his house by myself let alone with my daughter. b) I'm paying for it too (my parents were paying my rent). Therefore because he insists on keeping the house we never stay at, we are paying over $1000 a month in rent. He wants me to give up my nice little apartment in a fantastic suburb for his house in an area I'd never want to send my daughter to school in. I think not. So I'm assuming that all hell is going to break loose sometime soon. He wants me to move my stuff to his house, and it's not happening. We'll see what happens. He's already told me that if I decided to keep my apartment that all hell would break loose and I could "just leave the ring on the table and go." Exact words.

Anyways, I'm off to have my rice and Pepsi Jazz. Maybe I'll have part now and part for dinner (they gave me 2 servings) That's only 100 calories for the day. I like that plan. Back to the monster stack of papers.

that is great news that u found a great place down the street from work that has goood food that is only 50 calories a serving!! that is such a score Smile great idea to split it into lunch and dinner - but even if u dont who caresss its only 100 calories in total! thats sooo small

i guess there is good news to the Fh not being home till friday maybee longer - i mean it means no one watchin u eat. but it would be nice if he could make it home for ur daughters bday.

sorry to hear that FH wants u to move in with him - just tell him u dont want to change the area u live in - its safe and ur daughter has been growing up there so far. just try adn talk to him, its something u eventually got to discuss. especially if ur gettin married

Exactly, we've discussed and discussed and he won't budge. If he's never home what does it really matter? I don't get it. It seems pretty selfish of him to insist on staying here when it's not that good of an area. The whole thing just makes no sense to me. If he gets upset then whatever I guess. My mom says if he leaves me over a house, then be it. The fact that he would even bring up "if you keep you apartment just leave the ring on the table and go". The fact that he's selfish and seems to be angry about something that shouldn't be a big deal (we're not getting married for almost a year and a half, if he's gone all the time why is where I live such a big deal). It totally makes me wonder. Some of my longtime friends are starting to question me. It bothers me (obviously).

Anyways, it's been a pretty good day food wise.

Tomato Basil Rice 50 calories
Vanilla Yogurt 60 calories
1/2 cup Multigrain Cheerios 55 calories

Not bad at all. Except for the fact that I'm getting some nasty pms cravings for chips and chocolate Surprised , I hate it when that happens. And I woke up a pound lighter this morning too. Although, I have Sweet Potato Chips 80 calories, and Chocolate Pudding 60 calories Thinking . I'll have to be careful not to trigger a binge though. Should be fine, going to bed shortly anyways. So, I'm off to contemplate a snack. I've got Jello 10 calories too, maybe that'll help? Wish me luck, I'm about to find out!! *Skinny* Dreams! Very Happy

ur havin a great day hun!!! and great choice wit the jello, nice and low cal!

well u definetely have time to think about everything - but ur friends are right, if he has the balls to say that to u about leavin the ring on the table, thats something u need to consider. if he is just goin to leave u cause of something like that which would actually help you out in life than it may not be worth it
